I don’t often eat at Jimmy John’s, but when I do it’s always great. My review is mainly to boast about the amazing customer service experience I’ve had with catering, this is not as common these days as it should be. Kristen at the Cartersville location went above and beyond to make our catering order special for my stepdaughter’s baby shower. Thank you Kristen, we appreciate you!

Unbelievably fast sandwiches. From the time I ordered til before I was finished filling up my drink at the soda fountain my order was ready. Good meats and lots of vegetables on the sandwiches. Packed so full it was easier and less messy ti turn it sideways and eat it like a taco. Best tomatoes I’ve seen at a fast food sandwich shop. FAST and friendly service.

The subs at Jimmy John’s are good. But the fact that they charge four dollars for delivery now and then the delivery person expects a tip for bringing the food after they charge you $4 for delivery.

By far the BEST Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve stopped all over the country). Very fast service, friendly staff, and clean. My kids are picky and sometimes I run into issues with ordering their food. But these guys were awesome and put extra effort into making exactly what they wanted. I will stop here whenever we’re passing through. Very satisfied customer!
