McDonald’s usually has poor customer service, and this location is no exception. Waited well over 5 minutes (no line, no drive through) for the 2 employees behind the counter to finish their conversation to be helped, and yes they saw me. McDonald’s is always a last resort.

Eh Mc Donald’s is super bad. Fast food is one thing but bad food is another. The chicken bites don’t even look like chicken. Their fries were under cooked. The big Macs were tiny, like a child’s burger, on top of that made me feel sick after. Disappointed.

Slowest, rudest service I’ve ever seen.and to say this place was dirty is an understatement. I can’t Believe Management allows this restaurant to function like this. Cheeseburger was cold not ordered the way we wanted. All soda was flat. Waited almost 20 minutes for them to change the carbon canister. Out of frustration I finally left.

It shouldn’t surprise me that this locations standards are non existent. From incorrect orders, rude employees and even swarms of gnats by the soda fountain i thought it couldn’t get any worse. Sadly that was not the case this morning. Arriving at 10:23 I hastily began ordering as i knew time was against me, and i would later find out the employees were as well. Using the self order kiosk i had ordered a sausage mcgriddle with a bogo coupon, and by 10:24 i was ready to pay. At this point in time there were 3 team members up front, and the supervisor on sandwiches. Getting there attention while they were engaged in conversation with each other was a real chore and by my 3rd attempt at clearing my throat i was finally acknowledged. I told the lady that i just wanted to pay for my order, number 697. she tells me she doesn’t see it and asks if i submitted the mobile order. I tell her it was from the kiosk, and that it just didnt print a receipt. So she turns around and looks at the order que screen and checks it, and reiterates its not showing up, but its only gonna pop up there when the order is paid for, and since im paying with cash from the kiosk, the whole reason we are having this conversation, it wouldn’t be up there yet. by this time its 10:29 and she finds it and tells me they stopped serving breakfast. i tell her that the order was placed before 10:30 and that if she wasn’t busy chit chatting with the other team members there wouldn’t be a problem. She takes my money and proceeds to walk to the supervisor to ask if they are serving breakfast still, to which she responds no. she tells me again they stopped serving breakfast, and again i tell her the order was placed when they were serving breakfast, which was 10:24, and that if they had already stopped serving it the kiosk wouldn’t have let me order said items. she hands me back my money, no apology and no question if i wanted to order anything else. so i take it upon myself to reorder at the same kiosk, and the rude team member exclaims that again they stopped serving breakfast. At this point in irritated and upset. What is wrong with this location?!? about a month ago i went here to claim a reward from the app, which was a cheeseburger. So i ordered it without cheese, and to no surprise there was cheese on it. the team member with glasses is upset he has to remake it and exclaims that if i wanted a hamburger, I should have ordered one. well sir, if there was a reward for a hamburger i would have, but seeing as there wasn’t one I couldn’t. And to this day i have never got an apology for any of the wrong orders or bad service i have been given. The team members have no accountability, will bad mouth you when they think you aren’t listening and constantly get orders wrong, and them place blame on you for either ordering wrong or ordering something they don’t have. If you are looking for a McDonald’s to mistreat you, subject your children to team members cursing, have you wait 15+ minutes for a single burger just to get it wrong and have them remake it, then this location sure fits the bill.

This was one of the better Walmart Mcds back in the day. The lobby is trashed and the manager doesn’t seem to be interested in the cleanliness of the lobby. There’s pallets dangerously stacked in the lobby area I hope no ones child plays around them.
