Excellent Italian food with a very good variety of choices on the menu. The soup, bruschetta, pizza speziale and salmon were delicious and beautifully prepared. The only disappointment was that there were few other customers, but it was New Year’s Eve so that probably drew people elsewhere.

We had been turned away from two restaurants at around 2115 and were looking for somewhere for a quiet meal, so we were extremely grateful to have a warm welcome at Casa Mia.
All the staff at the restaurant got to work immediately and we had a nice meal for two along with a drink and desert each.
We paid slightly more than expected but the quality of the food was good and the service was very friendly.

The pizza and pasta we ordered were not bad, the service was good. We got add ons (small bread etc.) were just added to the bill, which was a surprise since we didn’t ask for so that’s not 100% right

food is pretty good. staff is friendly but they offer supposedly free stuff, parmesan and bread in my case but you have to pay for it in the end. also, why is an espresso €4.50? at least they were friendly about my bike. its ok but you will be paying more than expected.

My wife and I found Casa Mia while out looking for dinner on our last night in Antwerp. What a find! The staff were so welcoming and the food excellent. I knew right away that the chef was proud of the food he created by his artistic addition. My spaghetti Bolognese was some of the best I have had in or out of Italy. Our waitress, who we think was one of the owners and whose name we kicked ourselves for not getting, took extra time to explain the menu items and make sure we were taken care of. My wife was not hungry and decided to just order bruschetta. She couldn’t eat it all because there was so much and fortunately I had to help her out. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse. Casa Mia is a newer restaurant but with the service and food it should be around for a long time. Our only regret is that we didn’t find it earlier so we could have gone there more than once. Go and enjoy it for yourself.

not honest restaurant at all. Don’t go there. pizza fruits de mer was maybe with 5 mini mussels, the bread was not ordered and they serve it as free and charged 7 Euro. Not fair, almost fraud they are just being fake nice and friendly.
