I asked an older lady with glasses if they had a grilled cheese and she very rudely told me no. I then moved on to ask for the drink which I seen on tiktok and had different things added in and she proceeded to yell at me and tell me that they dont have that drink. I ended up ordering an ice vanilla matcha instead and when I received it it was basically just foam. I had asked for more vanilla syrup and she said she had already put some in there so I said I was wondering if she could add more. She then very rudely sighed and told me there was already vanilla in it. She yelled at me that it was too difficult to add since the cup was full and it would cost extra. I am very disappointed, this ruined my fun day I was having and I will not be going back. Not to mention I was the one to apologize for asking.

5 stars for service. The staff here are excellent! Much more customer oriented than in larger cities. My drinks are always perfect, better than what I get at home in Nashville. My only complaint is more against their policy, you can not use your Starbucks Stars here for upgrades or free items, hence the 4 ⭐.

Good drinks but the girls are there to work, not to chat when theres a line of people. I stood there and watched one girl hold my drink in her hand for quite some time because she was chatting. She finally realized she had a finished drink in her hands. If it’s dead and ur chatting then great, but when there’s a nice line, pay attention.

It seems like some of the girls don’t care to be there. They don’t read the cups. Most of the time my order is wrong because they don’t look at all the writing on the cup. The couple times I’ve gone there with the guys working my orders are always accurate. The girls are always to busy talking or snacking.

In a regular there and lately the service has gone down hill. I went in today and they completely forgot my drink and I just gave up I paid for something I never got. I have officially decided to not go back anymore. My drinks have been inconsistent and I get the same drink every day. The service has been down hill. I understand covid makes things difficult but there issue is scheduling and training.
