I did not have a good experience during my last visit to this location. The woman who I believe was the manager—a petite white woman with glasses, dark hair, and a ponytail—was standing over the workers, practically breathing down their necks while they were preparing orders for my family and me. The environment felt extremely uncomfortable, and the restaurant was so quiet it seemed like the employees were scared to even breathe around her. Multiple customers in line agreed that she was micromanaging the portions, and we definitely did not get our money’s worth. She was coaching the associate to shake the spoon and give kid-sized portions. I’ve always had decent experiences at this location, and it has never felt this intense before.

This is the worst Chipotle that I have ever been to. It is literally walking distance from my house and I still hate going here.
They always have an abundance of chicken but if you want another protein, they will take whatever minor scraps left in the pan then charge you full price. If you do not like their chicken, avoid this place.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle location. The customer service is absolutely terrible the staff completely ignores customers. I was standing there, calling for help, and no one even acknowledged me. It was only when I started recording a video that someone finally came over.
There was a long line of people waiting behind me, and yet the staff didn’t seem to care at all. Even the manager was present and did nothing to manage the situation or assist customers. It felt like no one wanted to do their job.
I’m not sure if this only happened to me or if this is how they treat everyone, but it was incredibly frustrating. I hope Chipotle’s upper management sees this and takes serious action against this kind of unprofessional staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. And the person didn’t even feel sorry for delay

I do not remember the young black man’s name on the line but he was amazing…..working everyone order in a timely fashion with accuracy. Didn’t skimp and made it perfectly. Should be able to add a tip when using a card he deserved the biggest!!

It was a nice place, good staff and food was cold. It was not as busy but there were a few customers ordering. The food had some good flavor and I tried the new garlic guajillo steak bowl. It was very good with some guacamole on top.

Horrible service!!!!! The GM at this location should be fired immediately. Their establishment is filthy and they serve food with hair in it! The GM threw my food away after I paid for it! She has the WORST customer service. Do not spend your money at this prejudice place!

Honestly has to be one of the worst Chipotle locations in Delaware. Every. Single. Time. i come here, i barely get the correct portion sizes, the food looks a mess when door dashed and they’re customer service issues. Today when i went to go get a bowl, they said that i had to wait 10 mins for fresh salsa, which i understood as it has to be chopped etc. BUT when it came to the sour cream, i was given barely a drizzle of it. Is it not possible to go to the back and get more? Quite frankly, you’ll be better off going to the location in Christiana Mall or Dupont hwy.

Ok this has won the medal for any of thier restaurants having severe shortage of food ready to make bowls or whatever . Every other tin was empty and the person spooning it out didn’t want to fill them , he shook his shoulders . The place was a wreck, food slopped and most of my pet peeve “NO HAIR NETS “!!’ (Especially meat cutter ) Look at the photos these guys are very blessed with loads of hair entire fs es full yet no hairnet . Make.changes or I won’t return . If I pull hair from my food I will throw it on them , that’s so disgusting and can be fixed before it happens . My only good stars were for the kind spooning out person I could see he was a good guy but understaffed or just lazy co-workers killed this trip for us and that’s 4 bowls , not so cheap so it better be at least full , clean and tasteful.
