Great times! We had a wonderful mini party. Was surprised at the good food, just had the all you can eat salad, and it was wonderful. The jicama salad was almost missed, and was by far my favorite, what a delicious combination of flavors. Monday evening was the perfect time for a party of 8, was more than enough room as it wasn’t very busy, good service. Thanks for a great time with good service and food.

The service was terrible. We were sitting for 20 minutes before anyone came by to ask if we wanted bread. We tried to get the attention of the waitress when she was at the next table but she acted like she couldn’t hear or see us. Then when we got our order, it was wrong. It took another 30 minutes before she came back near our table to ask for more shrimp. When All You Can Eat shrimp is ordered i would expect her to at least come over to ask if we wanted more. I had to go up after another 20 minutes to ask. It was just horrible. I dont normally complain, but this was really bad. No tip.

The food was great, the salad bar fully stocked and all fresh items. The atmosphere was great for a busy Friday night. At one point the staff brought out a cake to a family’s table and the staff and diners all sang happy birthday to an older gentleman. After everyone clapped. It was a good evening!

I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon at approx 2:30 pm. The restaurant was half full of patrons. Several tables available. Lots of senior citizens. The service was fast. The food was tasty. The salad bar was fresh and loaded with several choice items. The restroom was clean and sanitary. The staff was friendly and professional. I had a tri tip steak with a baked potato, the salad bar and a soft drink for around $25. Tip not included. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a steak lunch/dinner on a dime.

This Sizzler was one of my every Sunday favorite place to have my family dinner. But after having dinner there last night I’m not coming back. I don’t know what happened but the service has gone bad. We waited 25 minutes just for us to ask the waiter if she was going to bring us plates for the salad bar. Normally you would probably get one table that will complain about something wrong. But the section we were in everyone was complaining about either not getting utensils, no napkins, or tables were dirty and people had nowhere to sit. It even got to the point people were going into the kitchen (employee) area to request for their bowls for the soup at the salad bar. No one never came to our table to check on us or refill our drinks. Salad bar, cheese bread, service is all bad. Very disappointed at Sizzle and their customer service. The couple sat in front of us said this place is going down and they asked for their money and left. Anyway, my dinner came 30 minutes after my husband and daughter received and ate by this time so I was ready to go. My husband asked for a to-go plate and the waiter said we don’t have any to go plates. OMG, Really?!?!? I hope they get it together soon before they Lose all their regular Customers.

The restaurant wasn’t very crowded, but it took a bit too long for one of our party to receive the hamburger that was ordered. Several pieces of chicken from the salad bar were over-cooked. It wasn’t up to the usual experience that’s expected for a Sizzler location.

The service is excellent. They always have my order correct. Especially the blue cheese dressing. This might sound funny, because a lot of sizler’ have changed there’s to something else. It is horrible when they go cheaper. Your expecting one thing and it’s not what you wanted.

the new york strip was excellent No A1 needed. The clam chowder is also great. Line was short all 4 times I have gone there and the service was quick too. The tri tip sirloin was kind of bland – I added a little of the house steak sauce and it was pretty good.

It’s decent. 13 bucks for the salad bar seems a little high. When it was 10 it was perfect. But hey it’s all you can eat so I guess you just have to make it worth it. Steaks are decent. They do Groupon deals from time to time so if you do it that way then this place is worth it for sure. But full price I wouldn’t choose to go here. So get on Groupon and get your deal and then you will be satisfied.
