After grabbing a meal upstairs, we grabbed a couple drinks underground. The venue is very spacious with card games to provide some entertainment if necessary. The bartenders know their trade, and put together some great drinks. We had the maplebean old fashion and an espresso martini with a splash of amaretto.

Low-energy and quiet hangout. Entered expecting a different atmosphere. People were in crowds on the couches and were almost whispering. They played old movies on the screens. I could see this place as an easy way to enjoy a well-made cocktail away from the busy street.

Chuco Underground has quickly become one of my favorite places to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends. Between the superb drink choices (highly recommend the old fashioned), relaxed atmosphere, and friendly, attentive staff, I find it hard to go elsewhere nowadays.

Not a super big fan of the drinks. I think other places around town do it better for a similar price point. Atmosphere is really cozy and fun though.
