This place should change management ASAP they are suppose to be open from 5am today they come up with 6am. Every-time i order is wrong. If I ask for a bacon avocado toast they place 1 small bacon. If i ask for an ice coffee or hot and ask for whip cream they don’t do and when u ask them nicely to fix there wrong they are rude. I called headquarters today so they can clear the correct schedule opening at this store.

Been going inside for long time. I see I am far from alone on complaints . You have to repeat your order 3 times. They say it back wrong three times. I order sliced only bagels package of cream cheese inside. I got no cream cheese cuz the smothered it on un cooked bagels. Now I have to take cream cheese off do I can toast the damn things. Why isn’t something being done with these rookies!! Yikes. Here today to meet someone. Freezing in here twice said coffee and muffin muffin all stuck to wrapper coffee was like warm. I pick here to meet someone. I can’t stay here

I just moved here, and am a regular at dunkin. Unfortunately this location is very disappointing. Every single time I come here, employees are rude and never fail to either get my order wrong or completely forget to put it in the bag. This morning I got the $6 meal deal. I ordered it ahead (on the app) so avoid getting the wrong thing. Coffee was fine, but sandwich was wrong (ordered it on a croissant and got it on an English, and never got hashbrowns. I’m not one to usually complain, because mistakes happen, but this is a regular thing at this location and there was not 1 customer in the drive thru or inside, so today I’m having a hard time comprehending where there was room for error…. will not be coming back and will be contacting the franchise owner as well as corporate.

I can’t even begin to count the number of times walk-in service has been inexplicably closed on a weekend morning.
Worse than anything however, is the fact that EVERY SINGLE ITEM THEY PUT IN THEIR “toaster” is nuked to a black and hard hockey puck of a bagel.
I am truly astonished at how poorly executed every item I’ve ever had from this DD manages to be. Go literally anywhere else.

Not completely happy with my service they never have the everything bagel there and also got home and looked at my bagel to find out there was barely any cream cheese on it … I will go to the one in Ayer like I usually do they are a lot better….

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!! if I could give 0 stars I would I will be name dropping. Spencer is the rudest employee I’ve ever met with a terrible attitude I had to wait 15 minutes just to even have then acknowledge me in the store and when they finally did I was met with annoyance and arrogance from Spencer and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to start my order (mobile order put in 15 minutes before my arrival) I don’t recommend going here ever I recommend eating week old food before going there.

I live very close by and also work in Shirley so this location is convenient. The service is at times pleasant but they never get my order correct. I order iced tea daily, and can not tell you how many times I have gotten iced coffee. I DO NOT DRINK COFFEE. Its really not that hard. They are always out of items, cups, straws etc… I ordered and payed for a large iced drink and got a large hot cup. I’m sorry they are not the same size.
Don’t they know how to do inventory or order supplies?? They have been extremely slow the last few weeks to the point that I am considering going to another town to get what I want made correctly. I love to support local businesses and that’s why I have stayed loyal to my town shop but the service is getting worse by the day.
