The two sandwich artists that provided an excellent sandwich experience were top notch, witty and when I told them to do their thing to make the cheese steak or meatball sandwich shine – they did!
*Personal note: the cheessteak that I had in Roseburg rivaled and surpassed the one I had in Philadelphia (which I didn’t think would be possible!)!!

Best subway in my opinion. They get busy when the High School gets out for lunch so just plan accordingly
My order: Italian herb and cheese – Sweet onion teriyaki chicken toasted with american cheese – Sweet onion sauce – Peppercorn ranch – Honey mustard – Garlic aioli – Bell peppers – Olives, Extra pickles – Cucumbers – Salt/pepper/oil/vinegar
(If you like lots of sauces get them before the veggies)

We are on a road trip from Washington state and we stopped in at 9 PM. We had 6 sandwiches to order we see only one employee on staff by the name of Uriel. He put so much passion and care into his sandwiches . Not too mention his warm humble greeting and personality. So nice to see. Please promote him!!!

Never been in a more friendly and customer service oriented Subway in my life! Came during a busy lunch hour on a Thursday. Prompt friendly service, kept the line moving while engaging with costumers. Greeted when you come in the door and when you leave. Should have gotten names, can’t pay too much for this type of service and spirit.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! They could improve service. There are about 4 places to stop between them and the freeway!
Why would you lock your traveling customers out of your restrooms??
They don’t even keep the restroom clean enough for that rule.
It’s a one room, unisex bathroom that a code must be generated on your receipt for you to use and the sign on the door says if you argue about it they will kick you out.
So while you’re traveling down I-5 to your destination… stop at any other Subway. Your business will be more appreciated than it is here!

You’re wrong. “Many” other businesses do not do it this way. I’ve been traveling from Indiana to California to Texas to Washington often and i frequent many stops in many areas that deal with the issues you describe and EVEN the McDonald’s that use a code to allow customers to utilize the bathroom don’t make you hold your urine to order first and than leave your food on the table for anyone to grab while you use the bathroom! Nice try!

Ordered a sub sandwhich through grubhub. When it arrived, there was writing on the bag that said they were out of my bread choice… so they subbed it with one that I can’t eat. Didn’t call or text to see if it was alright. Pretty crappy waste of 17$
