Our usual shaved ice place has been temporarily closed so I searched for another one. I think I found my new favorite. I got 3 different snow cones and a hot dog for $15. Great deal. There was an Asian man that took my order. Very friendly. My kids and I was very satisfied. I shall return. Only con is that it’s cash only but I’m going to try and keep that in mind from now on.

It’s always service with a smile. Incredibly generous and delicious treats that always come through that window quickly and with a smile. My kids have never been disappointed by the flavor combinations they’ve tried here. Last time we had mango/blue coconut and it was absolutely gorgeous in the cup when the yellow and blue combined for a green stripe down the middle. It tasted even three times better than it looked too. Just a reminder, cash only.

Who doesn’t like a tall, icy snowcone on a hot 90° day in the city?!?! I’ll wait…. After much deliberation and many drive by’s i finally made my way to Hirschey’s Snowcones. Happy is an understatement to explain how great my snowcone was along with frito pie. The service was what i expected the nicest snowcone maker was very friendly and attentive. I had a piña colada and blue cocunut mix as well as a lemon and chamoy mix. Will be back very soon! Try it out and tip nicely. Support mom and pop neighborhood spots!

Great spot to get a perfectly made snow cone on a hot day! They only accept cash. The shaved ice is perfect, it’s not always smooth you may get few pieces of ice here or there. They are not stingy with the syrup. They are very nice people and service is fast.

I needed something very cold after an afternoon of outdoor activities! I searched Google Maps for “snow cones near me” and several popped up. Hirschey’s Snocones looked like a winner so I put in their coordinates and began my drive! As I drove, I wondered if it would be as good as it sounded. I wondered if it would be brain-freeze inducing.
Well, I got there and after waiting for a couple of other customers to be served, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I ordered a large with half blue bubblegum and half orange. The line where the two flavors met was a vibrant green!
It was served with an adequate amount of napkins and a spoon.
Within a couple of bites, BAM! brain freeze! Just as I had anticipated! It was cold! It was delicious! And it was neat (not a lie of syrup on the side of the cup.
I definitely recommend this place!

Went today and got 6 snow cones: mango, cherimoya, tigers blood, and watermelon. They were full of flavor and the ice was nicely shaved, it did have a few chunks of ice but I personally loved it. We got a small order of nachos but I wish it would’ve been slightly bigger and more cheese but they are only 2.25 with just cheese. I will definitely go back especially because they are so cheap and delicious!
