I went there at 10 pm on a Thursday night and ordered the new Mushroom Swiss burger combo as you can see the burger wasn’t cooked fully but I didn’t notice it until I got home to eat it. I was too tired to go back so I ate it but thought I would let others know incase this happens to you. I don’t mind rate burgers but others might have had an issue. The best part of the meal was that the French fries were awesome. Also I had to wait in the parking lot after going through the drive thru along with the person before and after me.

I had the worse experience in this place, I order double stack and told the cashier no bacon please, because my daughter has allergies, still her burger had bacon. The guy that took my order made mistake, but instead of apologizing, he told the manager it was my fault, even the manager she took his side, blaming me that I order the wrong burger! Very unprofessional place and rude people works in this place ! I will never go back not worth your money, even though I am an old customer who used to love this place , I used to go here since 4 years ago, but not anymore will I ever go here! Worse customer service!!! Britney was very rude manager and very unprofessional! They need to train their employees to be more polite and respectful!

Ordered 2 Dave’s doubles a Jr bacon and large fry.. came to almost 23$. Got home and got 2 singles, Jr bacon and large fry. Called to find out about getting singles instead of doubles and they said I only ordered singles. Was never offered my receipt so not sure what I was actually charged for.

Hi I guess I’m writing this review because not that I’m upset but because it had happened to me and could happen to others and its not right with me. Nov 5th 2024 around 10:20 AM ordered 2 for 3 sausage on muffin and maple bacon chicken croissant, drive through, paid cash, 1 muffin was eaten rightaway at home with cheese and sauce added, 1 muffin left, and maple chicken croissant was untouched until like late 5 PM, wanted to warm just the inner paddy and bacon for my son, unwrapped opened up the sandwich and oddly the paddy looked like it’s been bitten?! would have eaten it if I had not seen the paddy.. what da hell?!. don’t know what exactly this was about but hope it’s not another bad player at Wendy’s… yes! it was untouch 100% until I wanted to warm it!! I know this could be random but now I gotta check every sandwich everytime I eat at fast foods?!… Anyways Wendy’s is still fine good food for me, but just that this place got less of trust from me, please check with your staff?, I hate that this happens, I hate to be SUS everytime I go there?! hmmm..well not for awhile probably…yeah people!, check your sandwich! you never know?!.. … Continued… Nov 6th went back to this location with maple chicken sandwich and spoke with the Manager or whoever that was in charge about it. Manager said sometime patty breaks off from the grill and offer to replace it…Me no, could be or could be not, did not take the offer, I just gave her the sandwich back and told her to do whatever wit it and just came out of the store. Just wanted them to know and be aware this was a problem for me… there I wrote about it, am I feelin better?! If I was in a desert without food for days, I would have eaten it regardless haha…hmmm…

My wife and I went there on March 22, 2025 at about 11:15 AM. Well, the cashier was very busy putting stuff away so I said to her take your time she had a smile on her face. She said she was sorry my wife and I posted that that’s OK do your job we can wait. She thanked us for doing that. It didn’t take a long she said thanks for waiting. Can I take your order? I’m gonna tell you right now. Whoever this young lady is her mother and father did a great job and raising her because she was very well mannered very pleasant. She made sure she got the order right. She was so respectful to my wife and I it was unbelievable. This young lady had a great attitude. She also had a great demeanor. Also also a wonderful smile you could see that she loves people then afterwards, she thanked us and made sure we got our order correctly.. We thanked her for her kindness as well and she said that’s the way it should be with people and this is a teenager. She really made a very strong impression on my wife and I because you don’t see that too much anymore we were on our way to North Adams to visit the hairpin turn. We wanted to get some lunch that’s why we stopped. Also on top of it. The food was really good for the amount of money you’re spending. It is well worth it. The sandwich that I had was very hot. It was also very juicy. The drink was very good. Also, the service we received from this location was superb. My wife enjoyed our chicken nuggets one thing I also have learned in my life is most Americans are a very ungrateful because they don’t appreciate what they do have especially if they have not been overseas like I have been because I am a veteran in the way I was treated by the young lady and also the way my wife was treated was dynamite. If my wife and I take a ride up there again, we would stop off at this Wendy’s to get a lunch and hopefully we run into this young lady so we can say thank you but if not, we would go there again anyways. We were driving over two hours to go to North Adams because I want to take some pictures well again the reason I’m saying this is because we are very grateful and as I said, most Americans are very ungrateful and spoiled rotten and if somebody gives a bad review, I feel bad for him because were you rude to that worker that’s what I would ask treat those work as the way you want to be treated. If you were doing their job would you want to be yelled at and also would you want somebody being rude to you? The answer is no way no one would but the way my wife and I were treated we make a point to go in there with them Atmos positive attitude so those individuals that are doing their job. We know that they appreciate it and we see that the way they treat us we get you very much reciprocate so as far as I’m concerned, we would stop up there again because we don’t like McDonald’s. We don’t like Burger King Burger King says have your way. Well, they want you to get sick with their food because I got food poisoning from Burger King one time and I will never stop there again but a Wendy’s oh yes. I remember McDonald’s says have it your way well no Wendy’s have it your way because it’s a better fast food restaurant than McDonald’s. Burger King is that’s for sure we would like to give them a 10 star because they deserve it. This also tells us that the manager who high this young lady is a good manager. One more thing I would like to add I was watching people work behind the counter. They were working extremely high to get everything ready so they were all doing the best that they could so my point is give these kids a break and give the manager a break. It’s a nice little Wendy’s my wife and I concerned we would go back there again in a heartbeat. That’s all I can say is I’m repeating myself but people don’t like it tough because my wife and I love the attitude there. Whoever reads it from the corporate or the store manager, please let that young lady know she is an asset to that location and so is the rest of the crew.

The employees here seem to work hard and are friendly but they can only do so much. They have to tell customers that there’s no Coke. No sauce. No change. Not enough help so you have to wait half an hour. Seems like poor management to me.
