My sister and I visited Burger King today, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely uncomfortable.

As soon as we walked in, we could hear loud yelling coming from the back of the kitchen. When we turned the corner toward the counter, we saw a man with short dark hair aggressively yelling at an employee in full view of customers waiting to order. Based on the situation, we assumed he was the manager.

The way he spoke to the employee was disrespectful and unprofessional. It was clear that other customers were uncomfortable witnessing the interaction. No employee deserves to be spoken to in that manner, especially in front of guests.The same individual walked out of the restaurant and began smoking a cigarette in the parking lot.

This experience left a very negative impression. Workplace issues should never be handled by publicly humiliating staff. I hope this situation is addressed, as employees deserve to be treated with respect and customers deserve a professional environment.

Jacob is the most pleasant, kind and caring person I have ever encountered in a fast food drive thru. Immediately upon pulling in the drive thru line Jacob greeted me with such a positive, welcoming, friendly, upbeat personality. The food was fresh and very quick! Jacob (and whoever else was there on 2-22 at 10pm) definitely deserve a shout out and appreciation! I would even say they deserve an incentive.. that’s how good my experience was at this location (W pike St)

Customer service at this location is horrible. Only two cars in the line and we had to wait forever for our order to be taken. Not to mention, he left the mic on and you could hear his trash talking and complaining making the persons order in front of me. Very unprofessional.

How do you run out of tomatoes and onions yet not tell your customers? Felt deceived especially after seeing their marketing poster with a tomato.. Whoever is running this franchise clearly doesn’t care or failed to manage their inventory properly.

Despite placing a mobile order ahead of time, my husband waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes on a Sunday at 1pm, even though there were no other cars in line. When he asked about the delay, he was told it was “a really large order,” though it was only two Whopper meals and two kids’ meals.

The food was cold, and our order was wrong. The kids’ fries were somehow cold despite my husband seeing them taken directly out of the warmer. Both adult meals had fries instead of the onion rings we ordered, and one of the drinks was wrong. All the food was cold by the time he drove the 5 minutes home.

Adding a star because we received a $10 coupon after submitting feedback online, which was a decent gesture. We won’t be using it at this location.

The store was nasty and so was the food, even the floors were sticky it was all just filthy I had to eat mine for blood sugar but threw my sons away. Had to get something somewhere else to get the taste out of my mouth, it literally made me nauseous. Never had such an experience at any BK. Spicy chicken wraps my sons was supposed to be cheese only.

I promise Idk how this Burger King is even still open. It’s like they pick the most incompetent people they can find to run THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. Everybody in there is an airhead & they just refuse to get orders right & they’re always out of something. If I order french toast meals, WHY WOULD YOU NOT GIVE ME MY SYRUPS??
