My son got food poisoning after eating a burger there on Friday night. He was with his older sister, ordered a burger, plain no cheese and they delivered a cheeseburger. He politely said I’m so sorry, but I can’t eat cheese and they made a stink about remaking the burger now I’m afraid they must’ve undercooked it because he was throwing up that early morning on Saturday he’s been sick ever since and we are now on day five. not impressed. It’s unfortunate when adults think that they don’t have to give respect to children (even though they are polite and paying patrons) and unfortunately, this is one of those places.

We came here for lunch on Veterans Day and there was just one employee working the front during the lunch rush. It was fine and we got our food quickly but we couldn’t get shakes because it was too busy, they should have had more people working. This location is in the food court so the atmosphere was so so. The food was pretty good, I got the classic burger with onion rings, I would have liked the rings better with fry sauce. My husband got the bacon burger with fries and he liked it.

I’ve visited this establishment several times in the past, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing — and frankly, unacceptable.

During this visit, I was served by a tall young Asian man whose behavior was shockingly rude from the outset. As I always do, I confirmed whether the meat was halal before placing my order. I explicitly requested no bacon on the burger, and also ordered a Philly cheesesteak, chicken tenders, and a large portion of fries as a to go order.

When I went to collect my food, the server literally threw the bag at me without a word. I noticed the fries were missing and politely asked about them. Without any apology, he snatched the bag from me, returned to the kitchen, and handed it back — still without a word of explanation.

Once I got home, I was appalled to discover that the burger contained bacon — despite my clear request. The cheesesteak had a sour, off-putting smell, and the chicken tenders were an embarrassingly small portion of just four tiny pieces.

I called immediately to address the issue, and the same server dismissed my concerns by saying, “We only have one chef today.” There was no apology, no attempt at resolution. When I reiterated that I had clearly asked for no bacon and could have chosen not to order had they been understaffed, he responded dismissively and hung up on me.

This experience was not just unprofessional — it was deeply disrespectful. As someone who relies on halal food for religious reasons, this kind of negligence and disregard is unacceptable. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise others to consider the seriousness of such careless service before dining here.

Now this burger and my money is in the trash.

I wanted to give this place another chance, being awhile. First, the person who took my order was a young Asian male who had an ear bud on was rude and blunt. Asked if when asking questions if “this comes with this” he said no in a rude way. When I was about to my put my card in the machine in he said “let me do it.” I felt hurried for ordering my meal. At the time I ordered it was not busy and did not have a line of customers. At the end after being called for my order ready I didn’t see my drink he also took my recipe to see if I ordered one. If the person wasn’t in a hurry he would have done a better job. My food was okay, I would not give it a try again after the service I received while ordering.

Didn’t expect such awesome food in the mall and even better Customer Service! There was a mix up with our order and another gentleman’s, staff was quick to figure out a solution and without hesitation gave us a milkshake on the house and promptly made our food again. The team was quick, considerate, very up beat and friendly! I have no complaints

The workers were super kind, very helpful and quick thinking. But the food was not it, I waited up to 15 minutes for a burger, fries and shake. And after I received my food the fries didn’t even have salt on them and my burger had mustard on it. I made sure to ask the worker about the ingredients and she mentioned it was no mustard. So when I bit into my burger just to find mustard on it I was very disappointed. Then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a refund and another 5 for fries. I had asked for a refund on a burger not the fries but they took both and remade my fries. Despite the headache the workers were still very nice

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! RUN…
This place clearly has a new manager and it isn’t going well just look at the last two months reviews. Sad part is he is the one who appears to have the most complaints.
We ordered a chicken BLT and onion rings and my husband ordered a burger.
After waiting more than 15 mins for my order. No joke, we went to Sabborros while I was waiting got pizza for my daughter she finished it and we were still waiting. I thought well at least it will be fresh.
NO…….The chicken BLT had no bacon.
The chicken had been sitting around in a holding tray full of oil and was soggy and limp and that was after the burnt it while cooking. You can imagine how that tasted. The onion rings were cold and inedible. I got a tower of onion rings all stuck together that no body had bothered to shake apart while they were cooking along time ago.
The best part was when I went to ask for my money back. The person that came to the counter told he had to call the manager. Five mins later he returned and I was told he could replace my meal but he couldn’t refund it. I said let me get this straight you have keys to this place and can close it but you aren’t authorized to give a customer a refund. He nodded. He then told me they had a new manager.

Having previously worked in the industry in upper management I have seen managers run stores into the ground time and time again some never recover. I would suggest the owner A.S pay a little more and get a real manager. One who can train his staff and empower them to make customers happy.

Food that lives up to its menu! When I went.. the owner was there.. So it was really good service. Everything was really good and cooked from the only guy in the back bc of staffing shortage, and the dude did a bang-up job for being by himself.. i was really impressed even though they are facing disadvantages.
