I ordered a turkey tom today and there was hardly any turkey. I ordered a giant size and there were maybe 4 slides total of turkey in the whole thing. It’s ridiculous. And they asked if I wanted cheese and then charged me extra. If a manager wants to contact me, I’ll consider adjusting my review. I will never go there again.

I somehow ordered my lunch to the wrong address by mistake. The staff went above and beyond by allowing me to come in after my shift to get a new sandwich and drink, even though they didn’t have to. I truly appreciated their kindness and understanding. Every time I visit this location, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you so much for the great service!

Visited for dinner at around 5pm. The restaurant was spotlessly clean! My sandwich was prepared PERFECTLY! Wow, great place to relax and enjoy my sandwich. I even purchased some bread to enjoy this evening. Great Jimmy John’s experience!!!

These guys are pretty awesome. We were in town for a sporting competition and volunteered to pick up the teams lunch. Somehow the order was lost and these guys jumped in to produce three party boxes in 50 minutes all while helping their other guests. While I appreciate the speed in which our lost catering order was executed, I don’t understand the need to remove bread from the center of the roll. It makes for a less filling sandwich and seems rather wasteful. All in all the staff was courteous and very helpful.

What else could we have done? It’s 3pm and we submitted our order on their app 30 min ago. They clearly prioritize the drive thru more than showing up or submitting orders in PLENTY of time. Freaky fast? My arse. This location sucks unfortunately.

I love this JJ’s. It’s one of the few where you can feel welcome. The staff members are sweethearts, the food is immaculate, and it’s always so clean.

Always my favorite sandwich chain to visit, not too expensive and good portions/sides. The staff at this particular location are always nice and I usually don’t have to wait too long to get my order too. Drive through is never too full because of the fast service and the app rewards are decent as well.
Update: still good food for a good price. Prices have increased slightly, but it’s not bad at all. Always quick and well made.
