Don’t even bother ordering from here if you want to eat your pizza within an hour …. EVEN if you order ahead of time! Placed an order for pickup at 5:45pm, and was told it was ready. Drove up to the Dominos for Curbside pickup, sat there for 10 minutes with the hazards on. Sent me husband in, and we STILL waited for another 10 minutes. Explain to me how it was ready and then we still waited? Never again, go to Marcos or any of the other five pizza places in Ashland!!!!

Credit card was charged when order was placed, 427 pm. It is now 635pm, and there is no sign of the pizza. The store confirmed at 535pm they had the order and were waiting on a driver for delivery.

I also tried the garlic bread and a chocolate lava cake. The garlic bread was delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning and a satisfying crunch. The chocolate lava cake was a delightful treat, warm and gooey on the inside, making for a perfect dessert to end the meal.
However, there were a couple of minor issues that prevented me from giving a full five-star rating. The pizza could have been slightly better in terms of even distribution of toppings; some slices had more toppings than others. Additionally, the dipping sauces I ordered were missing, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, my experience with Domino’s was very positive. The convenience of online ordering, the quality of the food, and the friendly service make it a great option for a quick and tasty meal. I was at my parents house for labor day weekend and just wanted some pizza and wings. My parents are super controlling so me even opening the front door my dad would run towards it. I expressed this situation to domino’s and they were super cool about it. They even hid the pizza in a certain spot for me so I wouldn’t get in trouble. 10/10 best spot ever.

I put an online order in and when I received it the pizzas were undercooked when I called to get them remade some very unprofessional boy answered the phone and tried to tell me ‘I don’t do stuff that way” so I spend my money and I don’t get what I ordered and you don’t do it that way? I asked for a manager he told me to hold on I was on hold for 33 minutes then I hung up! I’m a manager I would never treat a customer like that nor would I let an employee treat a customer that way! I will never order from this store again. The owners need to find new employees before they loose all the business they do have

Service was cool atmosphere was OK the guy who’s pulling the pizza out the oven must be blind literally to even box up and send out pizza that look like this .. management fixed it Thanks! But I wouldn’t go back I’ll just drive a exit or two down to the better location
