The burgers were awful!! Didn’t taste flame broiled. Both were flat and tasted like frozen gas station burgers. We’ve been eating at B K since we were kids. But dang this was bad. Jr whopper cheese, mayo, let, tomato. AND A whopper with just cheese. $ 15.00

Went and got the spongebob meals. Was supposed to come with the strawberry shortcake. They gave us Hershey chocolate pies. If I knew they did not have the correct pies I would’ve politely asked for no pie. They did not inform me of anything about a swap, or not having it.

I have loved Burger King forever and converted 6 grandkids to BK too. We went in and I decided to try the BBQ Brisket. You could not even see the brisket. The teaspoon was buried flatly under half the cheese. The crispy onions we tiny pieces of soggy pieces. My sandwich was flat and not at all impressive. Certainly not worth the cost! I was so disappointed by my what should have been a great expectation.

Went inside and ordered a large brisket whopper meal, ended up getting a whopper jr instead, called the restaurant about the issue and they did not believe that it was a mess up so they looked in the system and say it was supposed to be a brisket whopper then said who the persons name was and that we could come back and get a free meal, few days later we go to get the free meal along with another meal and when we asked for a receipt the guy working the window had to dig out of the trash for it and they charged us the $16 for the entire meal after we explained the situation and gave the name of who we spoke to and it was even the manager that rang us up so we will not be going back cause this was not the first mess up we have had at this location. Very disappointing.

This Burger King has the best fries. They are always hot and perfectly salted. We’ve never had any issues with an order being incorrect. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. If you’re craving a fresh and hot Whopper then I highly recommend going the the Brunswick Burger King. You Rule!

We got a fish sandwich that was tiny and almost flavorless (compared to what they used to be) for $5.89! They USED to be great…what happened? I understand that because of this new administration the inflation is awful but the flavor quality shouldn’t suffer. We also got the NEW Whopper melt and the new Bacon Whopper melt meals. Once again, for $13.49 plus tax, for a medium, it was tiny and I actually expected more than one piece of bacon and a pickle plus a quarter of one. Im not trying to be petty but just giving an honest, detailed review, for quality control purposes. Also, our fries were not even full. I only have pics of mine, which is the bacon melt meal. Other than the food not filling us up, especially for what we paid and skimping on the bacon and pickles…I actually thought the NEW BACON WHOPPER MELT TASTED EXCELLENT! The other party was not impressed with his regular Whopper melt at all. We also split a spicy chicken sandwich and it was very good. Another problem was the food was lukewarm.
PLEASE go back to your old recipe on the fish sandwiches and dont short customers on the bacon, pickles or fries. Also, serve HOT food, so its alteast warm when we get home in 10 minutes.
Oh yeah, the customer service was great and very articulate at the drive-thru! Thats hard to come by these days! (A young man with blonde/light brown hair working April 2nd) Thanks so much!
One more thing…the size of the fries and sandwiches/toppings may not necessarily be the fault of THIS franchise but Burger King seems to be false advertising when it comes to portions, in comparison to what is advertised, in regards to what you actually get.

Ordered a Whopper junior meal with extra onions. Got a dry burger with extra lettuce. I understand hiring kids.,But the least you can do is be sure they know the difference between onions and lettuce. Of the Three meals we ordered the only part that was right were the fires. Do better Burger King. Don’t advertise Have it your way. Then not follow thru.

This place is disappointing in so many ways and levels. Often times, I get a sandwich from there that was not put together properly or missing something. The people aren’t often friendly or welcoming and the food is just butchered by whoever is putting it together. And way WAY overpriced (not worth it at all) never ever going back there …
