A unique place to get some food and some craft beer. I’m a bit of a coleslaw and baked beans lover and neither were my favorite. Baked beans should have bacon rather than bbq shreds. The burnt ends were tasty, the chopped brisket average and the ribs were tender but just ok as well.

One of Bonner Springs’ local eateries that really wins! Large, open dining area that is exceptionally handicap accessible. Clean restrooms and eating area. The food portions were tremendous! I had the pulled pork and fries. Then pork was cooked to perfection! My date had the burnt ends, which weren’t outstanding, but they were definitely good. There is plenty of on-site parking and a large outdoor patio that accommodates those who prefer an open-air atmosphere. Friendly staff and overall very welcoming experience. Woud definitely go back in the future.

Looks like this could be a nice little hangout in the summer time. Hubby and I both ordered the Falcon sandwich, his with sliced brisket and mine with burnt ends. First impression was there’s a lot of meat on a tiny bun. But not mad at the healthy portion of meat! My burnt ends were salty but the brisket and jalapeño cheddar sausage were great. The beans we did not care for and the fried Mac n cheese bites were just ok, wouldn’t probably get either again. But I would come back and try other menu items, they serve pizza, burgers and bbq nachos.

Cool converted gain depot. Atmosphere is great. BBQ is decent, not the best around but certainly enjoyable. The Mac and cheese topped with meat and fixings was a hit with adults and children alike. Extra cheesy. OG BBQ is great. Found the burnt ends a little greasy, but still tasty. Crisp onion rings. Outfield beer co. Cohabitates with e BBQ place but as it was an early lunch, none of us tried the beer. Couple of big screens present for sport and large outdoor cornhole field.

So I found this place on a Google search for good food around bonner springs. Let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint!! From the owner to the food we had an absolutely incredible experience. If you’ve never came here I highly recommend you do so!! There is so much to do to keep everyone entertained. From a North Carolinian, thank you for the hospitality!!!

Very good BBQ. Had pulled pork and a falcon (chopped brisket & Jalapeño sausage) sandwich. Both super tender. Not a lot of smoke flavor but yum. Had the Jalapeño mac n cheese bites and cheesy corn, both very good. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Cool building and atmosphere.

Wow! Some of the tastiest KC bbq we’ve had. The brisket was tender & moist, loved the burnt ends & turkey. And the bbq sauce was just right. Also enjoyed the Mac & cheese & potato salads. Definitely get the fried jalapeño Mac & cheese bites! Cute, industrial complex attached to a coffee shop, ice cream shop & private auto club. Also got a latte from next door & it was yummy. Will definitely come back to try the ribs & other meats & side.

The bbq and burgers are really good. The pizza is also pretty good. The 18″ is big enough for 3-4 normal eaters. My favorite is the fried cauliflower. They have original, sweet, and hot bbq sauce. One of the better places for bbq.

Fabulous. Traveling through Kansas City and stumbled on this place. Phenomenal BBQ. Seated on the outside of an old mill. Inside has an eclectic collection of tables and chairs. Pool tables. Arcade games. Outside cornhole. Also has a coffee bar and beer establishment. Live music at times.
