They are nice, service is quick, and they have our favorite fried chicken sandwich in the area with excellent waffle fries. Large enough that my daughter and I usually get an extra order of waffle fries and split the sandwich. The spicy has just the correct level, good without overwhelming the other tastes. Their tea is excellent too and they have plenty of milk alternatives for allergies. They note the chicken sandwiches are not made exclusively from chicken butts, it’s just a funny name. We agree, makes us laugh.

So I ordered from DoorDash and the food came fast and hot. This is my first time trying this location. I saw the great reviews and said let me try this place! So as I’m eating the chicken it’s water coming from the meat and the fat is chewy. To me it seemed undercooked and view my pictures. The flavor and crunch was phenomenal! I think I will try them again but make sure I put in the comments, “fried hard” you know how things are in Maryland lol

Me son and I drove out 1.5 hrs to Columbia to pick up items from Facebook marketplace and decided to stop here for a quick bite. Omg the food was so good. We had chicken wings, chicken sandwiches, and drinks. Everything was amazing. We’ll have to drive out that way again sometime. The place is kind of small and was pretty busy, had we gotten there 5 minutes later we wouldn’t of had any seating. That’s the only reason I didn’t give atmosphere 5 stars. Outside seating would be nice. Everyone was friendly. Looked like a husband and wife was operating everything. They were great and friendly. Food was hot.

Went here for the first time. I ordered the 5 wings soy garlic flavored and asked for ranch dipping sauce. They said it was a $1. No problem until I saw the sauce they provided for $1. The sauce container was so tiny and they didn’t even fill it up. I asked for another sauce container because to charge $1 for that is ridiculous. When I complained the staff said “ranch is very expensive”. I tasted it and it wasn’t even fresh made ! It was most definitely hidden valley ranch which costs $6 for a bottle. Additionally the virgin mojito I got had about 2 sips of juice and filled to the brim of ice. The price gauging at this place is beyond crazy. Never coming back.

My first time here, the sandwich was great. The waffle fries where very good. The tea was great. Shrimp was very beaded did not look like the picture on the wall however they tasted better good. The wings we got had a slight freeze burn taste to them. However the outter skin was cooked well.

I ordered the spicy chicken butt sandwich combo with waffle fries and I got a water substitute ($13.99 combo), and the heat was perfect. Not too spicy but also not too plain for the spice level I chose. The wait was reasonable, about 5-10 minutes. The inside was very clean and spacious! Wheelchair accessible! The waffle fries were so yummy with the seasoning and how crispy the outer layer was but how soft the inside potato was! Definitely will be coming back whenever I’m craving Korean fried chicken! (Much better price and value wise compared to other places such as Bonchon and Hangry Joes). My husband got the 10pc Spicy yangnyeom chicken ($14.99), which he really liked too! Our total for our order was $30.72 (with tax). There wasn’t really much people but we did see a consistent steady stream of people come in and out.

It’s been a year since I first had their food. We still come back here when craving wings or just good chicken. The spicy yangnyeom and honey soy garlic hit every time. The spice level is just right, a good kick with flavor. The wings are always cooked perfectly – crispy and well seasoned. And the wing size is good too, you actually get a decent amount of meat versus other places that have one bite sized wings. The tenders are also amazing. Huge and crispy. We always get a chicken butt sandwich to split. The chicken patty with the marinated coleslaw and pickles is mouth watering. Their menu is simple, but everything on it is excellent, and thats honestly how it should be. We hope they continue to thrive as we hold this place close to our chicken loving hearts.

Stopped in to try the chicken wings. Ordered 5 original wings for $6.99. Meant to order the chicken butt wings, but it’s ok I’ll get it next time. Wings were cooked well. Crispy and juicy. They had a great dry rub. Did not get ranch or blue cheese – but maybe this is something to ask for. The chicken butt sandwich looks really good and I’m excited to try it! They have several bubble tea flavors. Must try!

Food was good. Got a few items, it was my first time there. Only issue was I asked for mild chicken butt sandwich and that sandwich was spicy level hell had to chill out on it after 2 bites.
The lady was nice and they have a lot of tea options which I will go back and try some I saw.
In addition to the chicken butt I got the chicken tenders which were delish, shrimp and waffle fries.
Packaging was clean and it wasn’t messy. A plus in my book.
