This is my third visit and they get it wrong every time!!
I got 4 shrimp instead of the 6 the meal comes with, and the receipt also indicates. The person verbally confirmed cocktail sauce was included…nope, nada, zip.
The fries were a smidge chewy- I shared with my kiddo; neither of us would consider them good, or even okay. They were just rubbery and old oil tasting.
The fish was good, and the hush puppies w a little good. The chicken was also good.
They did provide a fair amount of ketchup and tartar sauce, along with napkins.
They did not include any utensils for the cole slaw. I will note it is a good size coleslaw and was nice flavor.
We don’t live close enough to warrant spending the gas to get the missing items…the sad part is this happens every time.

The original recipee was perfect! Took a couple of minutes to get once ordered as they were busy, but everything was very good, even the biscuits were fresh!

Went through the drive thru, checked my food when I got home to find fish jerky and burnt hushpuppies. Drove all the way back to get a replacement. Stood inside forever. was told they would make me fresh fish. Eventually they just took my fish out of the bin that had been sitting there just to give me less burnt fish. Did not offer to compensate me in any way.

Ordered through DoorDash. The hush puppies are orders of 6.. they wanted to argue with me that it only comes up as 2 per order. The receipt online and that they print shows 6 per order. The manager wanted to do nothing but argue. We have ordered them before and the orders were 6 pieces and correct. Seems that management needs to be trained or taught to read and do math. 0 stars wasn’t an option but the manager on duty tonight was rude and has poor customer service. She gets 0 stars without question.

I ordered the sweet tea and it tasted foul. I’m not sure if the tea itself had been improperly handled and had expired or if the nozzle was moldy but it was undrinkable. While there was no visible debris in the drink to act as a clue, it tasted earthy and sour, definitely not safe to consume.

Ordered food via drive through. Was asked to park around side to wait for my food to come up. I waited for 20 minutes before knocking on door to ask about my food because the inside was closed. After someone answered and went back in to look for my order. I was told they were just now starting it…. Then FINALLY they came out with a big bag of random food from both KFC and along John’s. At this point I just take what I’m given and leave.

Stood inside waiting while some chubby woman that may of been the manager ( she was wearing a completely different shirt than everyone else) ate grapes over the food that was being served. No one even acknowledged we were in the restaurant. We had to wait for the guy working the drive through to wait on us while 3 others stood around. The food was burnt, hard and disgusting! We will not be returning to this place. I see why they are closing these places. Poor management, lazy workers and they service food they wouldn’t eat…. Take your chances if you go here.
