Five Stars for Five Star Saloon! New bar and newly renovated inside. Use to be the old Drinking Horn. Love the comfortable chairs and scenery . They even have free mints in the bathroom! Pizza is good too! My new watering hole!

What a great experience. I met the staff and found them amazing to work with and have such a great atmosphere. The patrons are amazing, and the bartender is so engaging. They don’t have much food but it is a phenomenal location.

They charged extra amount without my consent. Please see attached merchant and customer copy that has $4 as original and genuine amount but they charged more. It looks like either they added $5 tip on their own or tempered original amount of $4 to $9. I have no option but to dispute extra charge. It is all about ethics. I didn’t want to post this but it will help those who will use credit card at this location.

After attending this bar for about 2 years. I can say without a shadow of doubt, this place is amazing. Regulars are open to conversation and, extremely welcoming. unlike other small “whole in the wall” bars, where regulars are more likely to stare and become quiet upon a “newcomer’s” arrival. From quality of service to drink selection, this place is beyond a great place for the young and old alike. I strongly encourage you to come in and try the trivia on Thursdays (it’s free btw) and karaoke on Fridays. I also encourage you to try the food from the deli next door. Trust me, this place is worth the visit. Who knows, you may even see me there.

We came in from out of town looking for a like home feel and a few drinks. Best mac n cheese ever. Rest of our food was awesome as well. Our waitress Toya took great care of us and had a fun personality. The cost of food was very reasonable. Keep it up five star saloon!

Bartender over served a patron, who proceeded to verbally berate my group. We were asked to leave immediately because the patron was a regular. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a local establishment.

We honestly had a great night, but now this is the second time that someone in my group has been charged more than once. The weekend before my roommate was charged for his tab before and after tip, and this last weekend I was charged correctly for my tab, but then another tab as well. We want to go back but honestly I probably won’t unless I bring cash. I’ve called several times and they haven’t had their manager there, and they took my number to give to their manager and I haven’t heard anything.

I love this bar Toya is the best. The bartenders are nice, locals funny, and just has a smalltown vibe. Good prices and good food (burnt ends are to die for….from their own deli). This is a hidden gem in Maryland Heights. I can just walk here, which is a plus. Food has changed but still good bar snacks.
