Don’t order from here unless you placed mobile order (BUT maybe they don’t have what you ordered then you’re screwed)or they (cashier was like an elderly indian lady) gonna charge you for every item you merely ASK price for.
She charged everything separately so you don’t get your special discounted combination offers. And the only solution suggested was: to file a complaint online. Even for some $2 rip off.
There are far better and cleaner sit-in no tip coffee shops within a block or two on the same street.

One of the few locations that has an upscale front mirroring its clean and organized inside. I visited this location by chance. Once inside, the staff member was very friendly in taking my order and apologized for the wait; even though it was not too long. It’s important to note how friendly, polite staff was and organized the location was.

This Dunkin Donuts has the unique advantage of being right next to the South Amboy Train Station. The primary idea here is to get yourself a quick bite or coffee and get going to your train. This almost turned into a disaster for me on Saturday afternoon, as I came in at a rather quiet time, and just ten minutes from my train. Coming in for just an iced coffee, nothing else, and with no one on line, and only two others in the store, already seated and enjoying their purchases, it should have been a cinch to be in and out in a heartbeat. It was almost a heart attack, as it took nearly three minutes to get someone to even come out front from in back, and another several minutes to prepare, purchase, and scan my app (which was also an adventure, as it took four tries to get the scanner to work). It became almost a miracle that I was able to get my train, as I was just down the stairs and on the platform with no more than fifteen seconds to spare. Next time I come here, I will remind myself to bring plenty of time, and a bottle of digitalis.

This is the “lightly toasted” bagel I got this morning before heading to work , STARVING . Straight to the garbage after that disgusting bite. I tasted nothing but burnt. Than there is no number to reach them to complain . Ridiculous!

Used to love them. They’ve gone down hill severely. I learned my lesson today, after now the THIRD time they sent me plain iced coffees no sugar no flavor milk nothing….when that is very clearly not what I ordered. I get it its uber eats. But you can have the courier contact the customer. This Dunkin has done it before so why is it now a problem to contact the customer??? If you don’t have a syrup….make the drink…..ask the courier to contact me ….and then add whatever syrup to the drink. You dont just send someone black iced coffee. And uber wont even issue a refund. Done ordering here and I order 3 to 4 times a week. shame. Literally order on uber eats because I’m working. I dont have milk or sugar or anything here to put in myself. $30 down the drain on gross watery black coffee.

I’ll never go there again. The supervisor looks at my daughter who had some health issues and told her she needs to go on a run because she is gaining weight. What kind of customer service is that?
