I go to this McDonald’s almost every day and truth be told… It’s not great. They did a great job of ridding the property of the vagrants that used to frequent it but in the process, they got rid of all the outlets so now there are none for paying customers. They are disorganized and the management is usually good but they don’t have proper control of their staff! The place is simply poorly run. The food is usually pretty good though so they get a 3 not a 2.

I entered the McDonald’s lobby and was greeted only by the wandering eyes of a younger male employee who gave me a subtle nod but clearly seemed like he was not the one responsible for greeting and helping customers at the counter.
After that, I waited 15 minutes before any other single McDonald’s employee acknowledged my presence there in the lobby. And at the point that I was finally spoken to, it really was more of a spoken at by the manager that had prepared the order that I was there to pick up.
The sole focus in the restaurant seemed to be the drive thru and the lobby customers would be gotten to when they got to them. Don’t get me wrong, the line for the drive thru was impressive, but even something as simple as “Hey, wait right over here for me please” or “someone will be right with you” would go a long way. But none of that. And when it came time to receive my order it was “is this you?” hand off and go. Not even a “Thanks for coming” or “have a nice day”.
I mentioned the long drive thru which might imply that they were short staffed and overwhelmed. However, in my ample time waiting around, I saw what appeared to be a full line, multiple people on the drive thru window, a runner, a stocker, and two managers that were within 10 feet of me for most of my silent wait for my order.

I don’t know why fast food workers are so stingy on giving customers the right amounts of sauces. I ordered a large fry & I was only given 2 ranch sauces when I asked the lady for 3. I had to go back around & ask for some extra sauces. They’re not paying for the sauces so they need to stop being so damn stingy with em. Still love McDonald’s fries so I’m not gonna fault them on stars. I also like the discounts given when you order through their apps.

The staff has a really bad attitude including the manager. I hated the service I got. I understand it was busy and that can make you stress but if I’m a customer being nice and having patience dont treat me bad. what I didnt like either was I went back to ask for something else THEY SAW ME STANDING there and completely ignored me I felt horrible. Bad place drive alittle further this place isnt worth it. They need to get their attitudes together.

Forgot 2 hamburgers . I realized once I got home. Call in, and they told to come back and get them. 20 minutes drive back and forth. When I got there one of the employees ask the manager why I was looking her like that. really? Im paying you to put hamburgers and fries on a bag, you screw up the order and on top of that you ask why I’m upset? Ended with 2 apple pies that cost them u$ .17 cents to produce. Incredible for a big franchise as McDonald’s is.

If you go on a Friday night, prepare to get the wrong food and deal with incompetent, rude staff. Worst service I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something. Didn’t even receive a receipt (probably intentional) so I could complain on the survey. What a bunch of clowns

The inside was open and they were very warm and inviting to us. I felt like we were dining in at a restaurant. It was exceptional service. Thank you for taking care of us. We’ll come back.
