I’ve been happy with my past orders but not the most recent (the 1st week of 2026). I knocked off 2 stars for this. One pizza had a large bubble which sank and is missing cheese and toppings. The other is stuffed crust-it’s overcooked and cardboard thin and flimsy. I feel scammed.

I order here quite often and the fact that I call to complain about my pizza not having any alfredo sauce on it and the person who answered the phone wants to argue with me saying she did but refused for me to bring it in for proof. Here is the proof. Do better. Just a simple apology and a redue would of been better than what I recieved

I think some people are just overly critical. Leaving a 5 paragraph review because you didn’t get pickles? Put that energy into chopping up some pickles yourself and putting it on your pizza. People want to get worked up over the smallest nothing things. Every time I order pizza from here I am satisfied. Sometimes it’s not as good as other times but that is life. I think people need to have realistic expectations for pizza as I do LOL. No other pizza chain makes my stomach as happy and full as Papa Johns does! Staff here are very nice and my pizza is always nice and hot!
I will say on a final note the customers at this location need to learn how to park! Too many people want to block the front of the business with their cars because they are too lazy to walk 10 feet from a parking lot to a store. It’s a fire hazard! One time I saw three cars parked out front behind each other like really?! You’re blocking the road for other drivers.

We almost always get pizza on Wednesday. We were a little concerned when the people who worked at this Papa John’s moved on. Brandon, the new manager, has ensured that the quality of the pizza and the friendliness of the staff stayed consistent. We have a Papa John’s closer to us but we will continue to pick up our pizza at this location. Plus the parmesan garlic chicken wings are amazing!

1 star only. This is for the chain overall but the photos are from this location. The one at Wells Rd. also mangled the same pizza when I ordered last week (which is also why I switched locations) but I didn’t take photos. Just tired of ordering pizza online, paying full price, and still getting low-quality food. This time the pizza was missing pickles. WHY did the chain make the pizza if they were out (presumably) of an ingredient? Why didn’t they call me to inform me and allow me the opportunity to choose a different pizza? When I picked up, neither employee said a word about missing toppings, so I grabbed my pizza and went on my way. How disappointing to open the box and not see any pickles. Mellow Mushroom did the same thing and I quit giving them my business – check my review if you think I’m joking. It’s just frustrating that no one seems to know how to pick up the phone or provide any form of quality customer service. Shame on Papa Johns. I’m done giving them my business. If the pizzas aren’t missing toppings, then the crust is like half puffy half flat as a rock. Three weeks ago we ordered a Works pizza and a Veggie pizza from this location, there was pepperoni on the Veggie pizza but NO mushrooms. Smh. I tried PJ’s, I keep giving ya my money but damn, all I get is crap pizza in return. Not anymore. I don’t recommend them at all, any of their locations.

Papa john’s typically has below average pizza. Was gonna give em another shot because I saw an ad on the back of the money pages. The coupons don’t expire for another two days. Called in to ask questions and apparently the store is no longer honoring the ad, even though there are still two days left on the coupons. (Obviously terrible business practices! )My real problem was with the customer service rep who behaved as though it were her job to police the toppings herself, like it would come out of her pocket! At no point did she offer to enter any of this into their system to see if it would work, nor did she offer to ask a manager if they would be able to honor the ad. She apologized for the inconvenience of me trusting their ad and refused to go any further with it!

So, I usually get great service. The driver left my pizza on my dirty front door mat. I called because it had ants all over it. The 2nd driver did the same thing! I don’t have leave at my door as instructions…Hand it to me is on my bill!I even have a ring door bell that will show up on my phone if they press the button! So, the manager is going to credit me for a 3rd pizza another day. I will make sure I meet them outside. I worked as a pizza hut delivery driver for years. I never once left food on someone’s door mat. Who does that?

I ordered pizza from here and yet again my order was incorrect. I was told that my order would be remade, but they only did 1/2 of my order after I drove back to pick it up. So, I had a cold pizza at home and one hot. Additionally, they stated they would refund my order and did not do that. I will not order from here again. They had a ton of employees and were really busy standing around talking about Subway versus Firehouse. I get that’s it’s fast-food, but I’m still a paying customer and deserve what I ordered. The incorrect pizza below, I HATE olives and onions on pizza.

The manager made it right but there was no one in the store. I called out many times finally went in and got my pizza. I didn’t know my husband had ordered a drink so we didn’t get that.
To be fair he did make it right and willingly.
