Always want to try one of their good looking hot dogs on the poster. Yeah, don’t! They were out of mustard, I had to cut the bun up with my cordless chain saw. Ruined the chain and still couldn’t eat it. Weiny tasted good. Couldn’t eat the chili. It must have been bad. Tasted like vinegar. I spit it out. Still had the runs for hrs. Glad it only cost $3 with chips. I did eat those. Nice folks though.

The Dipping sauce was cold.
Employees were friendly,but didn’t go out of there way. Very busy talking to each other and on their phones. Restaurant over all looked clean. No hurry to go back.

Used to visit this place often. Staff has been turned over like a football game. Not an improvement. Management has literally failed this establishment miserably. We try to keep things local but unfortunately they can not keep things subpar. Food is inedible.

Knowing the ingredients used and their limits, the food is absolutely prepared to top-notch standard. They have the cleanest and freshest salad bar I’ve seen anywhere. Staff was super nice even though our Demo crew were all very dirty, they asked us to walk right up to the buffet and get started. Felt like I was at a country restaurant in a small town. Great place to eat lunch.

Hands down the worst pizza plus pizza around. Should have went to pizza hut or pizza plus in saltville. I was told to be there in 45 minutes just to get 2 cold large Pizzas with cheese so thin it looks like the sauce is on top.

We eat there several times a week. The regulars all know me and know how we like our food prepared. They are all super friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. My kids don’t like a lot of pizza sauce and they usually get it just right. They aren’t perfect so they’ve gotten too much sauce a couple of times. Both times they have fixed us a new pizza cheerfully and for free. I couldn’t ask for better service anywhere!

Just left the lunch buffet. Or rather the lunch one small pepperoni and sausage pizza for 8 customers to share. Horrible experience. We were seated amidst several dirty tables that were not bussed our entire stay. That proved lucky as my companions had to find silverware for their salads on other tables since none were brought. No cheesesticks on bar the entire time. A few slices of Hawaiian pizza was all that was available initially and the sausage and pepperoni was brought out after about 15 minutes. No Parmesan cheese on any table. Maybe a national shortage? Our server was the shift lead and never checked in on us. We have lunch together every Wednesday at this location but that is over now. We have definitely had bad experiences here in the past but nothing like today. We will not be back and that sucks because the food always tastes great but the lunch buffet is not the way to go.

Just got a large BBQ chicken pizza and a large sausage pizza, when I got home we started eating and the BBQ chicken pizza literally had no BBQ sauce. It had only cheese and a small amount of chicken. No taste of BBQ at all. And the sausage was the same it had a very small amount of sauce not enough to taste.

When we first moved to Lebanon, Virginia, we were told that Pizza Town had the best pizza. In my and my roommate’s opinions, this is not true. Pizza Plus has the better pizza by far. In fact, all of their menu items are superior. They are clean, fast and extremely reasonably priced…plus, they have deserts! Thanks for asking…Trish
