Wanted to shout out the driver who delivered my food to me despite me being a complete moron and inputting the incorrect delivery address. Buddy got me the pizza on time and at the correct address with little to no information on his end and I even missed his call when he tried to confirm the address. So thank you driver. Outstanding delivery service. You’re a gentleman and a scholar. Wish there was a way I could tip more.

This store is absolute garbage, the fact that they use DoorDash to fulfill their delivery orders is a joke because the last five orders they have forgotten our drinks and when I called the first time they told me that DoorDash sucks at grabbing the drinks so they would try in the future to ensure all the items are ready to go for the order. That still hasn’t happened so never ordering from here again avoid store at all costs their pizza quality has gone way down like they are in a hurry to just throw pies down the line. They use to be good now its trash. Get better people to run your stores.

Love this place , im always a regular everytime I want papa John’s this is the place I go to. Nice workers very sweet and kind always in a good mood , food always tastes great !! They always provide me with plates & napkins , very quick and easy to grab and go as well .

The reviews are bad for a reason. The delivery guy is very rude and will toss your food at you instead of handing it to you. I called and told the store manager and he could careless. I tipped on my card and had more cash tip money upon delivery but the driver screwed that up for himself. I am a long time customer and I will never order here again.
Update: Tonight I am working Doordash and witnessed a lady scratching her head then take dough start cooking with no gloves on. She has blue braids and her hair is everywhere. Just nasty. I will never eat here again. I’m putting the pictures in the review

He rang the ring doorbell and I told him my son is on the way downstairs to grab the food. Instead of waiting another second he puts the food on THE GROUND directly in front of our screen door..so guess what happened to the food. The chicken wings got knocked on the ground, inedible! Not to mention the chicken was supposed to be sauced…as you can see they are dry af, barely any sauce to be found. The Oreo dessert balls or whatever are pitiful as well. NEVER AGAIN. I should have ran when I saw the negative reviews before I ordered.

I love Papa Johns, but I am finish with this location.
I have been going to this Papa Johns for about 10 years, and the quality has significantly decreased over the last year. Examples include pizzas that were not cut, wrong toppings, and waiting over 15 minutes for a pizza that was already out of the oven and cold.
If you are wanting to order Papa Johns I suggest looking at the new 146th location.

Pizza wasn’t even the size it was supposed to be. It was a medium in a large box. The cheese was lumpy, the dough wasn’t done. I am a papa John’s lover right here but this was beyond the absolute worst pizza I’ve had from anywhere.

Oh my god. This place used to be so fast and reliable. Pizza would be delivered quicker than they advertised. Well not anymore. They now use Doordash for deliveries which was their downfall. I lothe Doordash. The drivers never can find our location. The food is late and cold. To top it all off literally NO ONE answers the phone. You just sit on an infinite hold loop listening to the obnoxious papa John’s guy. I will never order papa John’s again. Sucks because my kids love their food.

We ordered a large pizza with the original crust last night from this location. The crust was so thin and hard to where is was not really edible. We MAYBE had three slices out of the whole large pizza. They rolled out the crust so thin, it was almost like paper! The crust on the end is my favorite part, but it was hollow and so hard to where it hurt your teeth. Papa Johns has always been my go-to place, but I am severely disappointed by this location. We do not plan on coming back. Please see the photo for reference.
