I rated this a 3 for service because the workers were very friendly & the staff that answered the phone was helpful. However my sandwiches were wrong. I paid for double cheese, requested extra lettuce & onions. I wanted a lot of onions & put that in the note, as well as not toasted. I received no extra cheese, minimal lettuce & minimal onions. My other sandwich was supposed to have extra hot pepper ranch & caramelized onions, I received extra hot peppers & raw onions. I called & spoke with a team member who had to speak with the manager. I found out the manager made the sandwiches and swore there was extra cheese. No other accountability was taken for any of the other errors. I really love potbelly and was excited for this location to open and be closer to my home. They did refund my order but the back & forth between the team member and manager was off putting. The manager never even offered to speak to me, just inferred I was lying about not getting extra cheese. Because of this experience I won’t be going back to this location. My advice would be to only eat in at this location (Legacy Square Davenport) so errors can be corrected. Hopefully the manager realizes they’re not proficient in sandwich making and leaves it to the team members.
