This is the 3rd different location I’ve tried and haven’t missed yet. Got the lunch steak bowl, and it came out steaming hot and yummy. This place is a great option if you are looking for good food at an affordable price and fairly quick. I’ve got my brother hooked on LA Granja now

Very horrible location, cooks suck compared to every other location I have been to in Florida. Everytime I go here to give it another chance I’m pissed off. Rotisserie chicken is never tender and cooked fully through like other locations. Employees sucks and aren’t friendly. The food taste as it’s prepared very quickly and they rather of been doing something else. I love La granja as I’ve been to dozens of location and it’s my go to. I absolutely hate this location and wish I could speak with who is control of the employees. I have so many issues here with the wrong order. Getting the wrong food and noticing util I get home. So many issues here.

This is the 2nd time I went there and got swindled with my sides of black beans being filled up with juice and hardly ANY BEANS !!
I think they do it deliberately to lower their costs .
I called back to let them know and they told me next time I come in tell the cashier no juice in the beans … what ???
I asked if I could have a credit for a tub of beans on my next order and the manager said he can’t do that .
In the tone of his voice I could tell they do this practice deliberately.
Don’t get scammed like I did ( twice )….when ordering , tell them you don’t want a lot of juice in your beans … tell them you want beans NOT juice !

I normally get the #5 half pound grilled chicken with rice (I sub out the beans for extra rice). Very consistent and tasty. I also enjoy the steak with pesto spaghetti. Overall, it is a solid option for a good bite out.

The food is gross. The YELLOW SAUCE AND POTATOES WAS HORRIBLE. The potatoes are RAW!!! You should know how long to boil the potatoes for this dish!!!! I’ve had Peruvian food and this is NOT IT! Don’t waste your time or money. All of it Sucks!

The food is great. The services is below average. When you walk in you are not greeted. The person that is supposed to take the order is having a whole conversation with another team member and ignores you. When you interrupt the conversation she gets upset and has an attitude when taking your order.

This was my first time visiting, and while the food was decent, the experience was disrupted by dogs barking loudly throughout my visit. It made it difficult to fully enjoy the atmosphere. With a bit more attention to the environment, this place could really shine.

I usually visit this LaGrange location at least four times a week, but my experience last night was extremely disappointing. I simply asked for my chicken to be cut extra — a request that has never been an issue before — and the young woman at the counter told me “no, we can’t do that.” When I mentioned that I come here regularly, she said she’s worked there for three months and has never seen me.

When I asked for her name so I could share feedback, she turned around and refused to answer. I tried asking another employee, but she told them in Spanish not to respond to me. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. She then called the manager, and I explained what happened, but by that time the staff had already started breaking down the kitchen before closing, so I couldn’t even place my order.

I’ve always supported this location, but this experience left me completely dissatisfied and uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated — especially loyal ones who come several times a week.
