I realize the price of beef is up. But, so are your sandwich prices. A Bootlegger should include enough beef to taste. When ordering from the APP you are trusting the store to “make it right”. There was very little beef which was overwhelmed by the turkey. The store missed the request to add oil and vinegar, and oregano. The sandwich was virtually flavorless. I just called up to order good and they hung up twice while taking order . So rude . Firstly, male Emilee picked up and hunged up on me and second time the same guy picked up and gave to his manager and she did the same . Crazy staff .

I don’t go here often, but when I do it’s usually at night. The sandwiches are always perfect and the staff are super nice. Everything is very clean and well decorated. My only gripe is that the music is louder than it needs to be. I suppose that’s the case with most Jimmy John’s though.
