I had a fantastic experience with Regina at Subway! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. When I first walked in, 4 people were on the clock and standing around the counter eating (chips, cookies, something with marinara sauce)… cool. No problem. Just give me my online order. Well it wasn’t ready, again, no big deal, I’ll wait. I could tell there was a new person on the line so I gave the benefit of the doubt and patiently waited. The manager was right there so I was hoping the order would be done correctly… but alas. Here I am. Giving a one star review.
Now before I go into the sandwich, I want to say I worked at Subway before and know exactly how everything should be done…. and this wasn’t even close.
None of my sandwiches were toasted, all ingredient portions were either too much or barely anything there… but the worst part is that the bacon was very undercooked. It was not placed in the microwave OR the toaster but just thrown on the sandwich off of the line.
To solve this I am unsure what to do. I spent $40 on this food to possibly make me sick and I don’t think I can contact the manager because she is the one who allowed it to go out like that.
