Our server was top notch! She was so attentive. We enjoyed all the recommendations. Our favorite dish was the fajitas with 2 choice meats. The food came out sizzling hot. The view and ambience was laid back. It was exactly the kind of place you could bring the family to hang out overlooking the river. We enjoyed our experience and would gladly come back.

We ate outside by the river, the waitress was so sweet and amazing the food was so good, and tasted good, not too Americanized from what my fiance said. The plates are so big, you will either be full or have leftovers it was so good we’re going again soon!

The waitress was quite rude during our visit. She avoided eye contact and treated us poorly throughout the service. Although we didn’t mind the long wait after ordering, her behavior stood out, she came over and abruptly placed the plates in front of us without a word. What made it more noticeable was how differently she treated the table next to us, she was cheerful and friendly with them. I don’t expect the same level of warmth, but basic courtesy was clearly lacking, and her attitude toward us felt unnecessarily disrespectful.

We had the chicken enchiladas, cheese enchiladas, a hard shelled taco (with mushrooms) and a soft shell corn taco. Overall the food is good, nothing extraordinary I’d say. The staff is very friendly, the ambience is pretty nice, and the location is very convenient (they are very close to the Inns at Sandy Cove).

Miguel’s was a great place to stop for dinner after spending 3.5 hours rafting down the Rogue River. They are conveniently located across the river where our float ended. We sat on the outside deck with a perfect river view on a warm August evening watching lightning in the far off distance. So cool!

When greeted by the waitress to be seated we asked about the temperature on the patio the very rude waitress replied it’s the same out there (pointing to the patio) as it is over there (pointing to the front door) ok I will let that slide but as luck would have it we got the displeasure of having that same person as our waitress…oh and she is the owner s daughter….great
I tried to order a small quesadilla with my soup and she said Oh we don’t do that (now why would you not want to sell additional food??) ok fine
When she brought our food she almost threw it in front of us.. never came back to refill drinks or ask how the food. The rudeness ruined the food…it has been a very long time since I have not tipped but it was well Deserved today
