We moved here from Texas a year ago, and after enjoying some of the best BBQ in the world for about 30 years, I can say without a doubt this BBQ is definitely in the bottom 15% of what Ive had. The VERY NICE gent who helped us said they make Texas flavor-inspired BBQ. Although he was friendly, he lied.. lol
Didn’t see a smoker, couldn’t smell a smoker.. so since bbq only really requires smoke + salt and pepper… and occasionally, a sweet/spicy sauce for dipping, I’m not sure what they make there.
We just chalk this up to an unfortunate meal and have moved on.
