We ordered hot and sour soup, stirred fried cauliflower, spicy fish fillets, eggs and tomato sauteed. We Love spicy spicy dishes, but not with so far and too much starch. These are the exact reasons I’m not totally happy with the dishes.

The first time the food was very good, so I decided to come back again after two weeks. Even though the service was not that good — I had to ask many times to refill my water even when the place wasn’t busy — it was only us there at the time.
The second time, I ordered the same food as the first visit. Everything else was great, except the stir-fried beef was way too salty — barely edible. So I asked if they could remake it. They did, but it didn’t taste any different. It seemed like they just took the original dish to the back and brought out the same one again.
I told the waitress right away after the first bite that I didn’t want it anymore. However, they didn’t remove it from the bill. I had to ask about it, and they only took 50% off the dish and gave me a $10 voucher for the next visit.
To be honest, I would have come back if they removed the whole dish from the bill because I gave them a chance to fix it, but it still tasted overly salty. I still got charged 50% just for taking one bite. I left the voucher on the table because i don’t plan to return.
All I want is for my food to be done right — not a $10 voucher.

Had an amazing meal here! The dishes were flavorful and authentic — especially peppercorn beef cubes, which were perfectly seasoned. The portions were generous, the service was friendly, and the overall dining experience was really enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’ll come back to!

I tried Ge Shifu and honestly, the food was pretty average. The only dish I found quite decent was the stir-fry, especially the Farmhouse Stir-fried Pork. The flavor was okay. However, their signature dish, the pickled fish, was quite underwhelming—it honestly felt no better than using a ready-made seasoning pack at home. On the positive side, the prices are reasonable, so overall it’s just an “okay” spot.

Overall great, I liked the food, especially the fried tofu, almost finished:) (dry pot). The chicken was good, and the noodles were a bit too soft.

Dined here with my fiancée the just tonight. We arrived around 8:30Pm and the restaurant is set to close at 9:30. I understand the employees are trying to leave early. but our last dish came out around 9PM but the server began mopping the floor with Fabuloso which we all know is very strong smell cleaner. It prevented us from eating because server literally mopped next to our feet. One suggestion i would give is please at least avoid where the customers if you are using any fragrant cleaner! Thanks

Had a great meal here! All the dishes were flavorful and tasted very authentic — especially the stir-fried beef, tomato & egg, and the veggie dishes. Portions were generous, and the food came out quickly.
