Have ordered the exact same thing for years with no jalepenoes, cucumber, spinach, and extra black olives. Jalapeños were put on. I said no take them off because my wife is allergic. He grinned and said they are off I said are you sure and he said yes. They weren’t. Idk if it’s new owners or what, but Festus location had went downhill. I will be reaching out to corporate and the BBB. Partly my fault for not telling him to make a new one but there was a language barrier.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Made a mistake ON MY END, called them immediately when I placed the order online. Told them I put it in for the wrong subway and the girl I spoke with told me I had to cancel it on my end to get my money back. Went back on the app to do so and they had put on that the sandwich had been PICKED UP!!!!! When I called back the same girl answered and she was rude as hell. They have no common sense at the location. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager can’t even speak English. He was talking about things I never even mentioned!! So I’m pretty much out my money because the manager couldn’t help me either. DAMN JOKE of a place!!!!!!!

Inaccurate order; I asked for black pepper and got black olives. I guess it’s black so I shouldn’t care?

Moreover, the pickup was probably ready way way earlier than the app indicated(not good communication with customer), so the temperature was not great.

Lastly, the pickup started great by being asked immediately if I have an order for pickup, but fizzled quickly when the name I gave didn’t match the name your system wanted to print on the order and the employee was apparently new so did not understand how to navigate around this obstacle, and seemed like dropping it and moving on until prompted further by me to reach a resolution.

Overall, this was another attempt at this place after a previous bad experience, and it seems I won’t be back again for sometime, if ever, with the current level of service on offer.

This place is located close to my work I love coming here the workers are great Britney is top notch she even gave me some suggestions on what goes good with the new sandwich that I ordered she did a great job it tasted delicious and every time I go in she has a smile on her face she makes this location worth going to

I was told I wasn’t allowed to have anymore than 6 tomatoes on my food and the girl refused to let me add to my food. Never had this problem before and she was horrible about it. 8/15/25 at 4:50pm. Would not recommend go to Hillsboro they are better! No way to report the problem either like other restaurants.

Had come previously and had a good experience but mistakenly ordered a mobile order to this location (which I’ve done before by mistake at a previous location and had no issue getting it settled and refunded) was told that since the sandwich was already made there’s nothing they can do for me so I told them I wouldn’t drive the 40 minutes to get the sandwich and they can toss them out, so much for customer satisfaction will not refer to this location

Like always, the sandwich was good, but nothing to write home about. However, I do like the new interior. It’s a lot brighter and up to date. One other thing, they did greet me, when I walked in.

i will not be returning to this location. i came inside to order on 7/30/25, i have my receipt and i paid for a kids meal, i was handed the bag with just the sandwich, no other instructions. i get home to find that the kids applesauce and milk are not in the bag, nor was i told i had to grab them from anywhere else. i call back up later that night and they told me they can’t refund me and i asked for a free kids meal my next visit and they said no, they took no responsibility for their mistake, they were also out of ice, soda, and most of their chips. will not be returning.

Girl working and making sandwich was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning until she is no longer working.

I ask for extra onions as I always do and she made a big deal causing a seen

She ask me to pay as they were toasting my sandwich which was already a little rushy but no big deal

And I told her I would have paid for extra onions if she wouldn’t have already cashed me out and still refused to add extra
