Stopped by here on our way from Iowa to northern Wisconsin. We like to stop & support local businesses. Had the “Loaded Bacon Mac & cheese tots”. Highly recommend them, great atmosphere, country music playing in the background and our waitress Bree had a bubbly, friendly personality. She was great! Thanks Rooster Tail.

Called in an order to go, we ordered a philly, a beast burger, and a 3 app. The burger was hardly cooked. The philly was super dry and the app had 4 mini tacos, 3 jalapeno poppers and 4 broccoli bites which is hardly worth 12 bucks. Very very disappointed and hope they can make it right.

Great small town bar & grill. To tell you the truth, I wasn’t expecting much at all so I didn’t take the usual before the meal picture. Appears to be just a bar with some food options. That opinion changed with every bite. About halfway through I said, “Damn, this is a really good burger!” As seen in the photo. Lol! The ingredients were fresh, the burger was flavorful. The staff was real nice and the meal was done pretty quick which was much appreciated because I was on a tight schedule. Dont make your assumptions at first glance when you walk in.

The food and service here is sometimes excellent and sometimes not. The chicken Philly wraps are amazing but only when Jeff is working! He is the head cook there and does an amazing job. The sweet potato fries and wings are also to die for! Excellent bar food and most of the time good service! Sometimes the food is not great but I have only noticed that when the head cook is not in and sometimes there is alot of miscommunication. Overall though, if I want bar food in town, I go here!

We went for Thursday night Bingo. Bri was the caller and did a great job keeping the crowd involved and had a great variety of ways to get a Bingo. We had died pickles, cheese curds, burgers and the a tot meal and everything was delicious! Definitely would recommend stopping in!

Good service. Appreciate the establishment understands it limitations and doesn’t try to provide more than what is possible. Smaller menu when only one staff member is available, therefore providing timely food items to prevent hanger. Previously being a bartender I appreciate it two fold.

It may have been an off night here, but boy, it was rough. Our tater tot dinners took 45min or more to arrive (they were hot though!) and were mediocre. The tap beer was oddly warm (is that a thing in WI?) And there were some very loud and abrasive people nearby that made it a bit uncomfortable for the kids and grandparents. The waitress was very nice, though, and asked them quiet down a bit and they were respectful. I wouldn’t come back for the food but I’ll bet it’s fun to be out in the deck in the summer.
