Overall I was very happy with our pizza experience here. They have a solid variety of pizzas to choose from, but we decided on the destroyer which was super tasty, especially with the hot honey on it. I do wish the beer selection was a bit larger, but they did have a few local craft beers on tap at least. Service was friendly and we got our pizza relatively quickly despite it being a Friday night. The place itself is pretty cool, with a good mix of indoor and outdoor seating. My biggest gripe is that prices felt a bit high, but the pizza was tasty enough to make up for that. Definitely give this place a shot if you’re a pizza fan.

So yesterday I tried to order wings and I called to place the order I was placed on hold and forgot about for around 5 mins. I assumed they were busy due to the Super Bowl. Then I went in to place the order after trying to call back and the phone going straight to voicemail. When I got there the place was empty and the employees were all sitting at the bar watching the game! I was very upset because they prioritized the game and I understand but seriously it shouldn’t have been like that. Then I’m not sure if their wings look like this but these wings might as well have been plain wings. I ordered buffalo and this is what I got! It was my first time here and more than likely will not be returning!

We were here with a group of 8. Our service was very friendly and high quality. Food delivery was prompt, staff was patient with us who had never been here before and had questions.
We had the sesame wings (great!), truffle fried (also great), a chop salad (delightful) a BBQ chicken, Margherita, and Big Boy.
Highlights: their red sauce is delicious. Their crust is wonderful. The flavor combinations on their speciality pizzas are enjoyable.

This was pretty frustrating. We are big fans of the other location but we ordered delivery this evening, received a call from KD after about an hour, and learned that a door dash driver had “stolen” our order. They assured us that a fresh one would be out soon. I really appreciated the communication and they were very nice, but our salad came with bacon though we had requested it off, the topping were incorrect, the pizzas were cold, and it was almost two hours late :(.

They charge a mandatory 15% gratuity for takeout – absolutely insane. Crazy right? 15% for you to come pick up your own pizza.
Not too mention they use an AI bot to take orders when you call in on the phone that isn’t smart enough to do it correctly. Good pizza, but won’t be back until they fix these two things. Save yourself the hassle and go to an honest human place instead

Had a great time getting dinner for my girlfriend’s birthday! We got a free appetizer of the marinated olives (which I loved and I don’t usually like green olives), as well as the Greco salad, hot honey sesame wings, and the destroyer pizza. Everything was delicious (not to mention the incredible vibe with Studio Ghibli playing on the tv) and I’ll definitely be back!

Pizza at this location is completely inferior to the Flagship location downtown. Dough, overall texture and flavor is noticeably worse despite reflecting prices even slightly higher than downtown, almost seems like they use a completely different type of oven. I’m always willing to cough up extra money for a top tier pizza, unfortunately the Carmel location fails to justify their prices.

The Queen Bee dough had perfect chew combined with the truffle oil hot honey and arugula was so good I wish the wings were a bit more crisp but otherwise this place hits on all cylinders. $6 wing Wednesday is nice too!

I would love to give them five stars because the pizza and mozzarella sticks are very good and the atmosphere is always fine when we go to the restaurant. The problem I have is that they charged us a 15% gratuity fee when we placed a carry out order. I’ve never been forced to pay a tip at any restaurant unless we’ve met some number of guest benchmark. I personally received no service from a wait staff and we went inside the building to pick up the pizza. I don’t understand who the tip goes to. I like the pizza, but to me personally, this is bad profit. Maybe I’m completely out of bounds.
