Love this location! I’ve been in the Springs for work all week and have been going to this location every day. The girls who work here are so friendly and they made my drink perfectly! Today the manager even asked why I skipped the donut, (my coworker I was with got one) and when I mentioned I’ve been on the Mediterranean diet and lost 58 lbs since June, she celebrated with me and made my morning. Great service, clean store, and a positive atmosphere!

Had a mobile order go through as I pulled up to the intercom. Was then told to take a lap around the parking lot while they prepared it… With 3 cars in the drive thru already. Did so anyway and they still got the order wrong, dismantled hash browns(posted the remainder below, also cold and stale) and a cup full of ice even though I put less ice. I don’t know if this was a fun game for the gal running drive thru but y’all are trifling for this. Terrible attitude, service, food, all the above

I came in before work to get food nice and fast food through the drive-through. There were two cars ahead of me when I got here and it’s took over 30 minutes for them to take those two cars orders and get me to the window if you need any fast breakfast on the way to work this is not your stop. The food was fine, but they also got my order wrong. All in, about 35 minutes for 1 coffee and 6 doughnuts.

Consistently this Dunkin has good people, it’s clean, and the food is well put together. But the service is lacking due to staffing issues. Often they seem overwhelmed and it takes a while at the drive through in busy mornings. I enjoy their drinks for the price but avoid signatures, as usually they have less product than a latte you can build yourself. Current breakfast favorite is the bacon jam sandwich, though it’s on the sweet side.

This location is nice, but the reason for 3 stars is because they were the only Dunkin in town that still sold the vanilla creme powdered donut. I was told in the past that they would still make them at that location. Had it just last week, and today was giving the same corproate schpeel of “I’m sorry, that donut has been discontiued and replace by….” that every other Dunkin says.
As for that, I will no longer be a customer here, or any other Dunkin.

I’ve been to many Dunkin donut locations across multiple states and grew up enjoying Dunkin’ Donuts and this is hands down the worse location I’ve ever been to. Terrible service and both bagels we ordered with cream cheese had almost no cream cheese in it, they might as well not even add it in. 80% of the cream cheese was in the bagel hole and the rest accidentally got in the bagel itself by the look of it . They messed up my coffee too. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in a Dunkin donut location. Avoid this location.

2nd and last time we will be going here. I asked for no cake donuts annnnd there was a cake donut. The funny thing is, the cake donut was the softest donut in the box. The “filled” donut literally looked like the tip was stuck in and just wiped off excess chocolate into the donut. Go to King Sooper and get their donuts or the Krispy Kreme donuts they’re cheaper and fresh. How the heck is it possible to get stale clearly multiple day old donuts at 7:45am? The frosting doesnt even cover the donut. They do military discount however, most donut stores give better discounts for their end of day donuts anyways. You get 1-2 day old donuts for full price here. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Sooo the reviews don’t lie and I see why the stars are so low. The customer service here is so bad. And they alwayssss forget something or get something wrong in my order. I also ordered some donuts and one had a receipt stuck to the icing and the other was put upside down in my bag. Returned it and got new ones but they customer service was not good. Just got some snackin bacon today and it tastes really really gross I had to throw it away. The good part is there coffee and the maple bacon sandwich. That’s pretty much it.
