Next time I want a mayonnaise sandwich I’ll be sure to come here. Sandwich fell apart before taking a bite due to the disgusting amount of mayo on it. There was 50 lbs of lettuce and 3 slices of turkey. Other two sandwiches were ok but nothing special.

I love these subs. I went Saturday to pick up 15 subs that were pre ordered for noon. I got there 10 minutes early. One staff member looked at me and never said a word. I proceeded to sit at the counter, and they waited on 8 people before acknowledging me. I finally spoke to them asking what was happening…it was 12:10 and they had ignored me for over 20 minutes at this point. Yes, they were making the order, and I didn’t leave until 12:15. I spent about $150 on one order, and you’d think they would have paid attention to the people in the store. I paid and literally not one word stated to me the entire time. Not even after I paid, no apology for being late, no thanks, etc. Sad state of affairs. I love their subs, but seriously, this was B.S.

I came to this location because it was the closest to where I lived and because I had the most amazing sandwich at the Pittsburgh location. Needless to say, Indiana was a huge disappointment.
There was a blonde girl there who didn’t seem to know what she is doing as evidenced by the manager constantly telling her what to do. I paid for double meat and didn’t get it. Of course I didn’t find that out until I brought the sandwich home.
I asked TWICE if the sandwich was toasted and was told by the worker and manager that it was. It was barely toasted. Sorry, but I’m done with Bob’s.

I eat here a few times a month. Usually food is fresh & great. Occasionally, like last night, you will be waited on by unmotivated college students who will make the wrong sub or enter wrong prices into the register. Sometimes the food & bread are old & stale. That’s a crapshoot and luck. Great place when the bread is fresh & you don’t get an employee who doesn’t care to give good customer service. I cut my star rating back to 4 because of the inconsistency.
