Really cute spot and the food was pretty good. The main issue is the prices. Salads were average size and 26$ which is crazy expensive. Entrees were also really expensive. A special of g/f fish and chips was good. Nice pieces of fish crispy and tasty. Our server was great it was just the sticker shock of prices higher than a 5 star restaurant.

We got the pork potstickers and arancini as apps. The arancini were small for $18 and lacked flavor. The potstickers weren’t any special were overall tasty. For mains we got the bianco flatbread and the burger. The flatbread was burnt and you could tasty the honey despite it obvious drizzle on top; definitely not worth $23. The burger was a good size and pretty good but nothing special. The bottom of the bun was super greasy and basically disintegrated in your hand while eating it. The service fee for use of credit card is a bit ridiculous especially given the prices of dishes and state tax. It ended up being like $65/person which I’ve had better for that price. It’s pretty disappointing that with the high costs, you get mediocre food. Despite the cost of food, our server was friendly and attentive.

Such a pretty location , at the entrance of the pedestrian road in Stratton . The patio is definitely charming and the food was very well presented and nice. the inside of the place is also beautifully decorated . We had a nice lunch after a hike.

Great dining experience! From the hostesses to the bartender the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the lamb chop lollipops (highly recommended) and the ramen and was beyond satisfied. Nice restaurant for a romantic dinner, or an outing with the family.

Sat outside (COVID times) but indoor is open. Admittedly was skeptical given its at Stratton, but the food was great. The seafood medley pasta was a generous size and the seafood was so fresh! Ahi tuna nacho was great too! Service was solid. Everyone enjoyed the night.

I can’t speak to the food because they cancelled our reservation without warning. They messaged asking for a phone number the day before our reservation was set for while I was out and busy and within a few hours messaged again saying, in a snippy tone, they had given away our res since we didn’t respond day enough. I didn’t even see either message until I got in for the evening. Of course they were then booked up so we were out of luck. Really unprofessional behavior and an unpleasant experience.

Delicious lamb lollipops, lobster roll, and swordfish with Pineapple salsa and fennel slaw. White chocolate mousse with blondie bits and fresh berries was our shared dessert. Good service, friendly and efficient.

Best dinner in Stratton! Be smart and make a reservation as they are always busy. Our waiter, CJ, was awesome! He was super attentive, helpful, and just a great dude overall. Thanks, CJ we will be back!

My wife and I had dinner at the Fire Tower Restaurant & Tavern twice during our stay at Stratton. Expect resort prices…not cheap for tavern food (see pictures of the menu) but you get a lot of food. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice casual restaurant. Great place to have dinner after a day on the trails.

3/17/19 – We ordered the flat breads the first night. I had the Margherita Ala Prosciutto and it was fantastic. My wife ordered the Green Mountain and it “tasted really healthy.”

3/18/19 – We ordered the Local Bowl and the Jerk Wings and highly recommend both.

We should have left when we arrived and the hostess asked if we had reservations (I was told this was not necessary when I called in advance). She sighs, looked instantly stressed and says she will see what she can do. Mind you, there were 4 tables seated with about 8 open…we had to wait 10 minutes for her to decide which of the open 8 could be spared. No other guests came in the entire time we were there…My husband & I ate here during our last night while visiting in September 2025. The cornbread appetizer was the only reason I gave 1 star for the food — thankfully because it was $20 for one loaf. I got the Chicken Piccata, which was undercooked, the texture of a rubber pork chop and flavorless — the mashed potatoes were drowning in liquid and also flavorless. My husband got the Chicken sandwich, which was mostly breading and the same texture as my dish. The prices are high, it cost us $120.
