Unfortunately I could not give a higher rating. This location was out of chips and ice tea. Cold cut combo was good and the employee was good, but he was put in a position where he had to tell a customer that they were out of items. Owner/Manager should make certain products are in stock.

Darcie and her team are amazing! Best subway of any subway in the USA! You will NOT find or experience another one like it!!! Annie and Darcie make this location an experience you will not find anywhere else in this world. Literally an out of this world experience! You must experience it to understand and you will find yourself returning again and again because of how you are welcomed and the wonderful feeling you have being at this location. I believe God is working miracles at this store.

Can never pick up your order on time. There is always an excuse. This time it was because there was no cheese on the bread. I placed this order over an hour ago. Im on my lunch break and never get the opportunity to eat my lunch while on break.
Update:manager did reach out and I did respond. Apparently they were having staffing issues. And were glad to make it up with me which is considerate. I wish they could have been more forward of the reason to their struggle instead of a list like someone just wasnt doing their job. Very happy with the guest recovery.

Epic shoutout to Darcie, the owner of this franchise. I stopped in the store tonight to purchase a bottled water (long story), and watched as she and her team handled a long line of multi-item orders with exceptional grace and attention to detail. She was training *two* employees, dealing with some unexpected changes from corporate, customers with highly specific requests, no carbonation for her soda fountain, and you’d never know she was dealing with multiple stressors. She was courteous with every customer and so sweet and patient with her employees-in-training. They’re lucky to have a boss like her! I’ll go out of my way to visit this particular franchise from here on out; the owner, crew, facilities, and service deserve support from the community! Keep up the great work.

I love going into this subway all the workers I get they give me the best service. I love the random sandwiches I get when I go in there I the workers make me a random sandwich. I will keep going back there for any subway sandwiches I want to get.
