Been coming here for years. I love the food especially vegetable rolls. Crispy and not greasy. All the food taste fresh. They are quick and nice family restaurant. Yes there is a language barrier but be patient, you’d struggle too if you didn’t speak their language in their country.

I ordered the house pancit on 8/24/23 and had it delivered. The meat did not taste fresh at all. I was very disappointed. I spent 26 dollars including the small order fee, tip and delivery fee. I will never order from them again.

This is my family’s go to Chinese take out place. We’ve ordered a variety of things from sweet and sour chicken to fried rice to mushu and everything is always tasty. One time, they accidentally forgot to give us part of our take out order and when we called about it, they insisted on driving it to our house instead of having us come all the way back to get it. Great customer service. We love them!

This was my first experience with Golden City and I am pleasantly surprised. I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but i’m glad I read them because I knew to speak slowly and repeat my order. The service was fast, the food was done EXACTLY as I ordered and it tasted great! Best fried chinese wings I’ve had in the 757 and the portion was too much, even for my teenager! This will be my new spot!!!

This place has pretty good Chinese food for a pretty good price. I have never eaten in the restaurant but they have a couple tables and it seems clean. Overall it’s a fair deal in solid Chinese food if you’re looking. But it is not worth going out of your way for. if you do not live close to the restaurant just use whatever Chinese places close to you I’m sure it’s the same quality.

Was looking for a solid Chinese Restaurant at the Oceanfront. Being from NYC I have been duly spoiled by a myriad of Chinese Food choices. I was recommended Golden City III by one of my neighbors and made the quick journey a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Now…be aware that I did visit in early March and the Oceanfront is not very busy this time of year. Parking right in front of the store on 25th Street is plentiful in March, but will not be the during the peak tourism season. They have a big dining space with approx 20+ tables. Nothing fancy with run of the mill tables and chairs in a bit of a bland setting, but should be adequate for visiting families & tourists. The important issue is the food quality & taste. Usually order a couple of appetizers, some soups, some main dishes and take it to go. The staff are very pleasant. A lot of cooking work going on in the kitchen as it appears this is a popular take out restaurant for those of us residing at the Oceanfront. The phone is usually constantly ringing, and food continually being picked up. My meals were prepared quickly. Have repeatedly enjoyed all the food selections made during many visits back. Flavorful, visually appealing, fresh tasting, appetizing smells and big portions. Prices are average but I feel there is good value in the portions size. I eat here at least once a week and do recommend Golden City III as a good dining option if looking for some fresh and tasty takeout at the Oceanfront.

I live near them but I tried many Chinese take out along Tidewater Drive and they are the best. Food is always good, plentiful and ready to take out when I arrive. Chicken and beef seem to be a better cut than most Chinese places. I don’t know about the people who complained about their rudeness, they have always been nice to me, so it must be you!
