The pizza and calimari were both great! I think the location is great! You over look the lake. Plus the pug picture makes ya pretty happy too!

The craft beer selection is good, and the prices are tough to beat (3.14 for a local brew is so good that I can’t imagine they’re making any money off of it). Service is eager to please. The atmosphere is great, with lots of big windows overlooking the lake.

The pizza was a bit wonky, though. We had a few different pizzas, and some had bubbles in the crust so large that they covered entire slices. I ordered a deep-dish pizza, and it didn’t seem like deep-dish at all. When I compared it to my friend’s hand-tossed pizza, it didn’t seem to be any deeper, it just had a high crust around the edge, as if it were a regular hand-tossed pizza baked in a deeper dish without any alteration to the recipe. I feel like I paid an extra five or six dollars just to get more crust.

I hate to be hard on a new establishment like this! The menu shows some real ambition, and I’m sure that they’ll get the kinks worked out over time (and their pizza tastes great in general). I’ll be happy to change my review if I go back and have a better experience.

Pi is nice but the atmosphere isn’t the greatest. It seems half way between a nice Italian restaurant and just a normal pizza shop. The food is good but kind of pricey. A large specialty pizza is about 24 bucks and it’s thin crust. The flavor was good but not that filling. All in all not a bad place but definitely not a favorite.

Visited Pi Pizza for their lunch buffet. We arrived about midway through the buffet hours so we expected a decent selection. There were 3 pizza choices (sausage/bacon, all-veg, and something olive and mushroom). These were the only pizza’s selections. No cheese or simple sausage/pepperoni, supreme combo. Was disappointed as pizza was the whole point of coming to Pi. We were told the days selection as at the discretion of the chef and normally picked the day of, so maybe take a look before you commit. The other selections bread sticks, breaded chicken with 1 sauce (buffalo), and two pasta’s which were good. A beer cheese soup that didn’t look like it had been refreshed in a while, with a thick skin on top. Overall disappointed with the buffet and won’t return for it again.

Have been here for pizza dinner as well and its been average. There are multiple other pizza places in FL and Centerville with better if you want pizza.

Facility is really nice, great location, clean, and the waitstaff is polite and attentive. This ownership group has other great restaurants in the area but this one is just ho-hum.

Great food and staff as well as great views of Forest Lake. The mozzarella balls were terrific and the calzone was equally as good. The pizza was spot on and very tasty. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and attentive. Great location with outdoor seating and plenty of off street parking. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service! Pizza was very tasty, mozzarella balls enjoyed by all in our party! Most impressive to me was the service. Very friendly, personable staff. I hope this is the same type of service we get the next time we come! We will definitely be returning!

Decent food, great service, and nice views make this a good little place for lunch. My wife, daughter and I all had the lunch buffet which was mostly delicious. I’d steer clear of the salads as they sat a little too long and were topped with onions causing the lettuce to taste like said onion; and I was not a fan of the breadsticks. The raviolis, both red sauce with sausage and the chicken in white sauce, were mighty tasty. The fried pickles were decent, but seemed out of place with the other menu items. The pizza itself was superb with plenty of cheese and yummy toppings, my only critique is the edge crust was very dry. We will definitely be back at some point.

Hi,
I didn’t want to post this as a review but I did want to give some input into our recent visit to Pi Pizzeria and couldn’t find an email address to use. We are long time very happy customers of the various restaurants of this group (notably including Acqua) and so our experience at Pi sort of stood out but not in a good way. We were there a couple of weeks ago on a Friday early afternoon, arriving at 1 pm. We did see that the buffet ended at 1:30. But after we got there, the pizzas on the buffet, which were already I would guess at least 15 minutes old, were never replaced with anything new. One reason we had gone to the restaurant was because we expected it to be outstanding. This would have in my view included having a variety of fresh pizzas available until the closing of the buffet. The menu looks interesting but I had hoped that the buffet would also be as interesting. The pasta buffet was nice but a little tired as well. One couple came in after us about 20 minutes and also had the buffet rather to my surprise since by that time there wasn’t a lot left at all. Another couple came about 1:25 and they were in fact told that the buffet was basically closed so they left. Anyway I just wanted to give some input into our trip to the restaurant.

I give this place 2 stars because the food quality and prices are pretty fantastic. However, our service was definitely not up to par. Our order was simple, a pitcher of beer and a pesto pizza, which was delicious, but I asked if we could have extra cheese on half. The waitress informed me that the owner doesn’t allow doing anything in halves. In my opinion that is an extremely lazy and/or greedy thing to do for a pizza joint. My girlfriend ordered a bloody mary, it was literally tomato juice with an olive and a lime. It would have been nice to have a cocktail, not a low-ball V8.. That being said, our pitcher was Surly Furious, and it was only $14. That’s a pretty good deal. I may come back for a beer, maybe.. but they don’t allow smoking on the patio due to “fire hazard” so probably not.

Cute pizza place with a great view of Forest Lake. We tried the loaded fries as an app and did not disappoint. We went for the deep dish pizza which was great. The crust had a good crunch and taste. The pizza part I would say was in between a traditional deep dish style pizza and a normal rising crust pizza for size and style but again great flavor and less messy then a lot of deep dish pizzas. Take a walk along the beach after or grab some ice cream from several options in walking distance.
