So with everybody hating on fast food restaurants and how poor the services. I got to give this one five stars. I had ordered food at a different restaurant but I guess I didn’t hit send. So we went to this one instead. I went through the drive-thru. I placed my order but I forgot. I like honey mustard and my husband likes gravy. So I ordered both and if I paid extra I paid extra. When I got the bag home I also found ranch in there. It’s a good thing they put ranch in there because I forgot my husband likes ranch. And it goes great with the okra. Totally forgot about the ranch. The food was perfect. The service was perfect. It was an all-in-all great experience.

It had been a few years since I’d been to this chicken joint. I seemed to remember it as being acceptable. Not exceptional, but worth a visit. The place I usually go was closed for renovations.
Walked in on a Monday afternoon, about 4pm. There looked to be only one woman working in the store. Ordered chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. The woman told me that she had given me an extra tender. Very nice of her.
I was the only customer in the dining room. It didn’t strike me as really clean, or really dirty. But a little more attention to the cleanliness would have brightened it up.
The mashed potatoes and white gravy were luke warm and lumpy.
The chicken was cold, dry and tasteless. Like they had been cooked in a microwave, well before my arrival.
The roll was an un-natural grayish- dark brown color. It was, you guessed it, cold and tasteless. Most chicken places like this brush butter on the top of the rolls. Not here.
The Dr Pepper was….Dr Pepper.
I usually order fried okra about halfway through a fast-food chicken tender meal, to keep them from getting cold. Really don’t taste as good when they cool down. But not this time. After a few bites of each item, I threw it in the trash and paid for another meal at another place. Money down the drain.
I won’t be going back.

The food portions have gotten smaller and the price has gone up but the people who work there are extremely rude. I’m a white spanish speaker and these people talked horrible about me and the people ordering ahead of me. The guy who seems to be the manager is the worst. He’s about 4 foot tall and has a huge belly and is in his 50s. This place used to be nice. The people working there have ruined it. I hope nothing but the worst for them.

I’m not normally inclined to leave a review, but this is the worst food I’ve ever had from here. Everything came with 0 seasoning. I’m talking the chicken tasted like it was battered with plain flour and water. Potatoes were the same way. I’ve been coming here for 30 years now and it’s slowly been declining for the past 10. I think this is finally what will stop me from ever coming back again. Chicken Express exists and Golden Chick can no longer compete.

Neg… Stars… Like one segment line in a star… Pulled up asked a simple question about a breast count in the 15 piece family mixed chicken. I guess the girl in there was upset about something .. may God bless her n make her day better… But I’ll never come back there to order or eat… I hate that her day n attitude sucked. I really wanted chicken. Hopefully she gets home to her turkey soon.

Was there this afternoon around 4 430 pm, order 4 chicken tenders, roll, coleslaw and gravy, the tenders whers smaller than the pointer finger on my hand, and I have big hand, two might have made one tender, they were more like fingers, the roll was doughy , not completely baked, the gravy looked like it had been sitting fo hours in a warmer, lumpy and dry, only thing that was decent was the drink and coleslaw, I didn’t get what I ordered wont ever eat there again and would recommend it to anyone

Everything we order from here the food is great. What I don’t understand is why on a weekday at 630pm their doors are always locked to go in?!? So everyone has to go through the drive thru. This is 3 weeks in a row.
