I ordered a #2 wings combo lemon pepper. Some were lemon pepper some were not. Chicken was old not fresh. My side was fries. The fries were fine. I ordered extra sides (4.00) which was okra and (4.00) apple turnover. I also left a 3.00 tip. My bill was 30.00 online. My food was horrible..How do you mess up chicken? Customer service also sucked. The black girl had a bad attitude. …I will never be back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t eat my chicken and wasted 30.00 of my money. I wouldn’t even give that mess to a homeless person. Im editing my post. The owner reached out and located me to remake my food and to have a better experience. I appreciated that he was trying to make things right. That is rare. I just don’t have the time to go back.

Good service for having very little employees there. Food was decent sized… but now for the reason for the low ratings. Chicken was over cooked. Sauce, tried multiple sauces and none of them seems to have much flavor in them. To be honest I think I will just go to wingstop they had better and more flavorful wings.

The last few times I’ve gone to wingmaxx ive been seriously dissapointed. Today, it took my more than 20 minutes to get my food. I ordered a #3 which was 10 wings plate all flats mild sauce with a sweet tea and banana pudding. I went to the window and paid, 15 minutes later she came back to the window and rang up my food again and asked me for payment again. I informed her I already paid. She applogized and then checked my food in the box and handed it to me. The sweet tea I got was gross. Then I got home and opened my box and this is what I found. 4 flat wings, no sauce on them, and three random chicken strips. Of which I didn’t order nor will eat and even that doesn’t add up to 10. So idk what the heck went on. Frustrating when you pay $17.25 for some chicken wings.

We have eaten here a few times. It’s not a “go-to spot” for us but will stop there if we are near by and hungry. The food has always been good, just not anything over the top that I feel I can give 5 stars to. The staff has always been friendly, and prices are fair for what you get. My wife got the 10 piece boneless wing meal tossed in mild sauce with fried okra, my son got the 2 piece tender kids meal with fries, and I got the chicken tender sandwich with the tenders tossed in the sweet Asian sauce. They definitely put a healthy portion of sauce on my sandwich (which isn’t a bad thing!) just look out if you’re in the car eating haha. There’s no reason I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

Great wings, absolute lacking in manners and respect from the manager, Riley. This trip ended our weekly wing night. Extra mild wings in the box and that’s always a win win in my book. Shorted our teriyaki wing order…no big deal as they whipped up 3 more wings. The worst Lemon Pepper wings I’ve ever had. Probably because they weren’t lemon pepper. Not the same I purchased last trip either. According to Riley, as she placed the sauce in front of me, the lemon pepper in the container had the consistency of salad dressing. Not the typical dry rub lemon pepper the rest of the world uses. Typically the smell of lemon is strong enough to smell before we take them out the bag. Maybe its totally new as it now has a green leaf type ingredient (appeared to be similar to parsley).
Not once was my concern accepted nor was an alternative offered. Very condescending tone and when I suggested it may be another flavor on their menu, Riley forcefully placed that flavor container down and the sauce flew out onto the brick.
Lost our business and anyone else that hears restaurant suggestions from me.
The remainder of the staff were excellent, especially Kayla. She has helped us many times and has the forward facing attentive aspect that makes a great leader.

Ordered a boneless wing combo with their medium buffalo sauce, Mac and cheese, and blue cheese dipping sauce. $10.00 with no drink.
First thing I thought after opening the box was “I didn’t order hush puppies.” These boneless wings don’t look like wings at all. Turns out the breading was actually pretty good and had a nice crunch even after being tossed in their bland tasting moderately spicy vinegar flavored “buffalo” sauce. I thought the blue cheese was a small serving, but it turned out to be enough.
Mac and cheese was pretty mediocre, leaning towards less than average. Cheese was like curdled and had the consistency of powdered Parmesan with none of the flavor.

Here’s the jist… The wings are fantastic, so is pretty much the rest of the menu! The price may seem scary, but so is the passenger side drive through. Once you get the food, you’ll agree, it’s worth it, and it even stays crispy until you get back home or to work. If you like wings, this is your place, other places in town just aren’t getting it.
