Roti Canai and Nasi Lembek are pretty good prices wise too high and compare the portion was very small. Sizzling chicken and tofu worst food I had in Chinese culture. This is not real Malaysian food. Seems like a Chinese

I ordered this food, basil fried rice and chili chicken, on Grubhub. It arrived fast, the order was correct, the food was very hot 🙂 (temperature-wise), and the food was delicious. I love it! Wow, nom, nom.

Probably the only good restaurant for Malaysian Cuisine you can find in the area. Foods are overall authentic and very delicious but I have to say I’m very disappointed of the Nasi Lemak which should be the only thing that can’t go wrong in a Malaysian restaurant. It just doesn’t feel and taste right. It has cold Banchan like side dish on the hot plate as well.

Coming from Toronto and visiting the Strong Museum of Play, we were craving for some good authentic malaysian/Singaporean food before going back home. Stumbled upon this place and the food did not disappoint for sure. Ordered the Curry mee, hainanese chicken rice and beef kwetiau.

This place is a hidden gem! Bypass the Golden Coral and try here instead. Specializing in Malaysian cuisine they also offer a wide selection of popular Chinese, Thai, and Indian dishes. I tried their Roti Canai, my first time trying this dish, it was amazing. I can vouch for the Sambal chicken and Malaysian style sweet and sour chicken. You will not be disappointed for visiting!

We have been going here for 6 years. Consistently delivers great authentic flavors. It’s impossible to have a mediocre meal here.

Unbelievably delicious food, massive portions, super duper nice and inviting staff, and a really comfy homely atmosphere make this probably my new favorite restaurant in the area. Easily the best chicken rendang I’ve ever had. I’m blown away, and I’ve wanted to go back ever since. I can’t comment on how authentic or accurate it was or how it compares to other Malaysian restaurants, but frankly I don’t think I need to. It warrants a 5 star rating on its own merit, free of comparison. I’ll be talking about this place for years.

Went on memorial day 2023. Place was deserted. We ordered beef satay, chicken satay, spring rolls, Sambal beef, bubble tea and a coke. The satay, both beef and chicken ($9.25), were the size of my pinky finger in girth, and maybe 3 inches long…the smallest portions we ever encountered in our long-lived Asian dining experience. The satay were served with a side of peanut sauce (very good hence my 2 star rating instead of 1), and misshapen pieces of cucumber and red onion instead of the traditional cucumber sauce. My bubble tea was hot at the bottom with ice dumped on top. Not pleasant. The shrimp spring rolls ($7.95) were small, about 4″ long and as wide as my thumb. They lacked salt, had a whole shrimp inside, and were fried (not steamed). The Sambal beef special ($11.95, regularly $17.95) was downright slimy and tasted “off”. It’s by far not our first time ordering this dish, yet the older woman (possibly the owner) told us “I know, it’s just the way the sauce is” (read: you just don’t know what we are talking about). I told her it’s not the sauce, but the beef itself that tasted “off”, and she kept insisting it’s the sauce, so I asked point blank how long the beef had been in the fridge. No reply. I then told her we won’t be eating it, and asked for the check. Sure enough, the lousy beef was on the bill. I said “Excuse me, you’re charging us for the sambai beef?” she said “Yes” and I said “Why?” She made a face, huffed, left and eventually took it off the bill. The restaurant is clearly struggling both with making ends meet and with retaining cooks who care about what they serve and, most importantly, how they store pre-cooked ingredients. It was our second time there. We certainly won’t be back. Ever.
