The girls and I came here for Sunday funday brunch and will be returning! We were greeted with great customer at the check in spot and were seated fast. We got the $13 bottomless mimosa (highly recommend) and the skillet, blacked catfish, and the fruity pebble French toast. The only downside is I wish the skillet came with a little more eggs other than that we can’t wait to return!

Went to this beautiful spot located on the Westlake golf course for Sunday Brunch. Had a great meal with a great view. I definitely recommend the steak and eggs but they have several great options from what I saw on the menu compared to others plates around me. 10/10 service.

My husband and I decided to try The Max today for lunch. The hostess was nice. The waitress was great. Food time was great. We had baked oysters and gumbo for appetizers. The oyster topping was a little cold on some, but they tasted good. The gumbo was good, plenty of meat, rice and juice. I had the fried catfish and fries. The catfish was mushy, not my liking, the fries were great. My husband had the seafood pasta,he said was ok, it needed more flavor. It’s not a go to restaurant for us,but it may be for others. Try it, you might like it. Maybe we will be back in a couple months to try something else on the menu. Also, great views from the tables.

Very pleasant restaurant in the golf club. The food was hot and tasty. The food was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beer was good. There was live music giving the place a good atmosphere. The light and airy room with great views made it a great place to have a meal.

I wanted something Louisiana for lunch, and their menu looked like what I had in mind, so I stopped in for lunch. The place is immaculate with a golf course for the view! Georgia was the sweetest server I could have hoped for, very patient and helpful with deciding my perfect lunch of blackened redfish with crabmeat sauce, asparagus and dirty rice. It was all cooked to perfection and delicious! The bartender Jacie was equally impressive, making the most delicious bloody Mary with all the trimmings, and an amazing Moscow Mule! I’m a bartender by profession, so when I call out mixology skill, it’s someone who’s truly over and above expectation. I can’t wait to return, and recommend The Max as an outstanding experience, start to finish.

Biscuits and gravy was appalling. See photo… over all the whole party didn’t like their food except one girl got the pasta and it was actually pretty good. Service was blah. Didn’t get a drink for 25 minutes when everyone else did. I would try again or get food if I was golfing or something. But for brunch I’ll choose terrace next time.

We went for my mom’s birthday and everything was amazing!! The girl that took our order was so nice and patient with my little sisters. The food came out quick and was absolutely delicious!! The girl who brought our food out had an upbeat spunky attitude and I loved it! She was so fun!

My mom ordered the Shrimp Poboy and I got the Louisiana Eggrolls. They were so delicious!! The Poboy was PACKED with fried shrimp. We also got the Crawfish queso with chips for an appetizer and oh my gosh it was literally amazing.

My sisters ordered off of the kids menu and their food all looked super good! It was also huge portions lol so they had enough to take home for leftovers.

The servers were quick with drink refills and friendly with my little sisters which I loved! Definitely a kid friendly place.

There’s 5 of us and I paid $97.66 including a $17.25 tip. For the amount of food they give you and the quality/taste, the price is totally understandable and so worth it!

Literally 10/10. This place is exactly what Westlake needs. We can’t wait to come again!!!

We had an amazing time at THE MAX for our Founders Day activity with my sorority sisters. The staff was extremely attentive to our needs and fulfilled our orders in a very timely manner. My fried fish platter was so tasty! And the drinks were quite delightful. I hope that we choose THE MAX for our next sisterly relations activity.
