This is usually a pretty good Jimmy John’s. It’s not perfect though. I’ve had a lot of orders where my sandwiches have been dry as a desert. It’s like they forgot all the mayo or oil and vinegar. It really ruins the sandwich when it’s like that. Usually this is an adequate Jimmy John’s though. The one on Hayes is better. Order from there if you’re in between stores.

The last 3 times I have ordered from this location have been absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. You have some how delivered my food to a business not even in your area, then you forgot part of my order and now I set the delivery time at 10:30am for 11:45am and its 12:10pm and my order still hasn’t left the store. Now I have to cancel the order. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone even my worst enemy.

Everytime I order from this location my order is ALWAYS wrong! Ordered lunch today and ordered a #7 ended up getting a #5 which is less meat also didn’t get hot peppers. So disappointing!

I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone…I made a 5 sub order to be delivered and it cost me over $100 . Which is fine, my problem came when I opened my sub and it had mayo and dressing on it which I double checked and I ordered without, I could deal with the dressing but I’m allergic to mayo and when I called them I was told they wouldn’t redeliver a new sub I had to come get it and I must bring my receipt with me because they claim to not have my order..and yes it was this location, I double checked that too…Then when I tried to explain what happened I was told just bring a reciept and hung up on…NEVER AGAIN!!!! You can keep the sub and my money just know I will tell anyone who asks me about this experience and to never use your location….I understand things get messed up but the way you handled this was ridiculous..you don’t even deserve 1 star

Extremely disappointed! My order was completely wrong barely any meat and none of the extras I specifically asked for. I used to get great service here, but the last two visits have been a letdown. Definitely not the standard I’m used to.

I ordered a #9 Italian Night Club sub. It was good, but the French bread was just average. I also order a Chicken Caesar Wrap which was also good. The Salt & Vinegar Jimmy Chips I would not recommend, they tasted stale. The worst thing was a 25 minute delivery. I’m 2.4 miles from the store. As a comparison, I get a 20 minute delivery for a hot pizza from a Domino’s pizza store that is 3.5 miles away. BTW It was a Jimmy John’s driver. I would not recommend Jimmy John’s, but my son-in-law loves them (he lives in NC).

So twice the order has been wrong for delivery but they made it right one of the times. My biggest gripe now is they’re using 3rd party delivery so it’s definitely NOT freaky fast. Took one hour from order to delivery and I’m less than a mile from the store. With those times you can drive to a restaurant, order, and eat at a sit down restaurant for the same price per person. Can’t recommend delivery anymore. Too long. Pizza is faster
