My wife went with the crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious. It was prepared fresh, hot, and right at the table.
I had the meatloaf, and it was perfection. The meatloaf was generous and cooked just right. The potatoes and corn were well seasoned, and the gravy was wonderful.
I highly recommend it if you’re shopping at Colorado Mills and get hungry. Skip the food court and treat yourselves to the Cheesecake Factory!
Going to a Cheesecake Factory to eat is usually a no brainer. The restaurants of this chain are pretty consistent. The only difference I’ve seen around the country is size. They are all aesthetically beautiful, have a welcoming and comfortable ambiance , have great service , and a very appealing and delicious menu. The seating settings are the same. Tables , booths and bar side seating choices.
This restaurant is located in the Colorado Mills mall. And like the mall attached restaurants , they have doors from the outside of the restaurant and a door accessible inside the mall.
This location had good service. A clean venue , and the food was on point. Plus we scored happily as they serve clam chowder with this meal on Fridays !
I didn’t provide many pictures as it was a busy day and I try not to take pictures of people unless they are part of the staff.
We made sure to only eat half our entrees so we would be able to eat half our desserts!
I had chicken parm (like a pizza with chicken parm replacing the crust) with angel hair pasta on top and Snickers cheese cake
My wife swapped out the penne pasta that came with her mushroom dish for angel hair and chose the chocolate cake with chocolate mousse (she’s not a cheesecake fan)
Everything was great!!
Positive Notes:
-Great tasting food (this is the highlight!)
-Most service experience was very positive, Servers are professional and experienced.
-Atmosphere is comfortable despite being high traffic
-Portions of most food are really good for the price
Critiques:
-Portion of the fries were disappointing for the price
-The restaurant can be top loud at times
-Both times we got drinks the wait was quite long and they came after we already had food.
-One of our servers made a bit of a unprofessional joke

It was our anniversary, and my wife had never been to The Cheesecake Factory. We also hadn’t been able to sit down for a proper dinner since our 11-month-old was born, so while expectations weren’t sky-high, we hoped for a smooth, enjoyable night out.
I ordered the jambalaya pasta, which was fine. The real disappointment came with my wife’s meal. She ordered a steak cooked medium, and it arrived completely raw (see attached photo). We politely let our server know, and she took it back to be cooked further. About 15 minutes later, it returned and as we cut into it, you could see all the blood, the server immediately said, “Oh my God, I don’t even think they cooked it any longer,” and took it back again.
After another 15-minute wait, the steak finally came out properly cooked. By that point, however, roughly 30 minutes had passed since my food was served. Instead of eating together, I had already finished while my wife waited, which made for an awkward anniversary dinner… but letting my food go cold wasn’t really an option either.
We didn’t ask for a manager, but the server said she informed one and that they would come by. When the manager eventually arrived, she simply recapped what happened and said she was sorry. That was it. No attempt to make things right, no gesture, nothing to acknowledge how disruptive the experience was… especially for new parents on their first night out together in a long time.
We paid full price and didn’t complain at the time, but the experience helped me understand why some customers feel the need to escalate or make a scene… it seems like that’s the only way restaurants sometimes take accountability.
Overall, the food felt overpriced and not worth the experience. I wanted my wife to finally experience Cheesecake Factory, and I thought our anniversary was a good occasion. Unfortunately, we likely won’t be returning.
On a positive note, our server Brooke was excellent… friendly, kind, and genuinely apologetic. She even showed us where she had clearly written “medium” on the order. None of this was her fault, and we tipped her accordingly
Every plate was huge, definitely didn’t leave hungry. Really solid meal, plus the atmosphere was fun and the service fast. Would absolutely come back for another night out.
