I was using the app and the app messed up and my order never went through but took out of my bank and the worker called the manager and had her look to see if my name was there with my order and it wasn’t. I had her ask her manager to see if I can get my two subs that was meals for free because the app messed up and I was told no and all they could offer was a free coupon for a free 6 in and I explain to her that mine was 2 foot longs that was meals with the discount that was offer in the app. not vary happy with this store normally have good experience here but not today.

My family came into this subway at 10:35 pm (they close at 11pm) the guy that made our order acted very annoyed and put out. When he cut my sub in half most of the vegetables came out of the sub, instead of putting them back into the sub he threw it all away. I lost pretty much all the vegetables and most of the avocado. This subway used to be a really good one. Sad to see it going downhill.

100/10!!!!! I usually go inside and Destiney waits on me. Always positive and professional no matter what her day brings. Tonight, I placed a mobile order and had a friend pick it up as I am stuck at work. Now either she is working or she’s leading her team right because my meal was absolutely perfect!!! I ordered a steak protein bowl with 3 modifications, each fulfilled to my exact desire. I didn’t leave as much as a single crumb left. Absolutely love this Subway and WAY TO GO DESTINEY!!!!!!!!!

The staff here is fantastic, my order is always made accordingly, tastes and looks amazing! This girl there was shorter than the rest of them didn’t quite get her name but she was awesome really knows how to make a sub! She was very friendly and kept a smile the whole was through. She looks exhausted but she definitely didn’t let me think that. She asked me about rewards at the end and she sold me I signed up! 100/10 recommend this place for everyone. Best food subway I’ve seen in awhile. Can’t wait to come back later this week!

The lady’s working looked like they hated every second of it and they were so negative. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location as the employees were rude to a few customers. I know this is a chain restaurant and employees may not matter to them but a nice employee goes way farther than a rude one. They also burnt my sandwich putting it in for too long as a piece of cheese feel off the first time they put it in
