Restaurant was clean. Service was worse than I typically receive at similar restaurants (ex. Guy making my quesadilla puts the chicken on the quesadilla and slides it to the register without asking what else I would like), but the main issue is that they were serving burned food. The chicken was so burned that it overpowered any flavor the food may have had. This was my first experience at Salsarita’s, so whether it was typical or not is beyond me. However, I find it alarming that the employees would collectively put burned food on the line and also serve it to customers. This points to an issue with the culture and attitude of the employees toward the food they serve.

This was a pleasant surprise! We were expecting it to be like most of those other places where you pretty much order the burrito you want and they make it. But it turned out to be much better tasting than most places have eaten like that. The chips were thinner and crispier which I really enjoyed.

I really enjoyed this casual Mexican restaurant that I consider a step up and great contribution to fast food restaurants. Salsarita’s style is to order you food over the counter; you add your own choices of all the ingredients for your order. The food is very fresh and delicious.
I ordered a Carnitas taco in a soft floor tortilla (they also order hard shell). I tell the food server what ingredients I would prefer in my taco as we move forward the counter. They have a generous selection of meat, cheeses, veggies, and sauces (much more). I ordered my taco with lettuce, tomato, cheese, cilantro and their delicious mild sauce.
The service was very good and I like the no waiting.
The place is meticulously clean and the interior is colorful.
I will be going back for more of their delicious food. See you there!

I had never been in a Salsarita’s before, but I noticed immediately it follows the same principle as Chipotle and other build-a-burrito places. The food seemed fresh, if a little bland, but I will try a different combination of salsa/ingredients next time. I ordered a burrito bowl and got the combo, which includes chips and queso and a drink. The chips are the nice thin and crispy kind and the queso is quite good. Somewhat close to authentic queso blanco. I like that they had bar seating by a window with electrical outlets (with USB) for those of us who like to eat lunch alone without taking up an entire table. Everything was clean, tidy, and the employees were friendly.

I use this location numerous times for company catering events, the service, food, and promptness is unmatched! I have worked with the catering director Makayla for all of these events and she is absolutely wonderful, very attentive and willing to always help, she also is very communicative if any issues arrive. I order multiple delivery times throughout the day and the catering team always has the food freshly delivered and on time, if not early! My team absolutely loves when we have Salsarita’s catered! Makayla and this team are my go to team for catering events!!

I wish I had paid attention to the employees name and position, but I would assume she was the manager. I was blown away by her. She was so upbeat and helpful. And it was genuine. You could tell she enjoyed her job, and she did it well. She took the time to come make sure I had figured out how to switch my rewards card to the new system. It was well kept inside too. As usual the food was excellent.
