I’ve eaten at all the places on Laurel Canyon. Decided to try the Birrieria Gonzalez truck. We were do disappointed. Tacos were made have terribly. She hardly put any onions and cilantro on it, she slapped a little meat in them. As for the burritos sad sad sad. There was no love in this meal and she could have given a hoot. Mexicans take pride in their food. This young lady destroyed it! Never eating there again the trucks and stands around there are 10000 percent better!!!

It’s very hard to find a good birria spot I been passing by this place for a while and seen a lot of people at this location so I decided to give it a try. This is my third time coming here and they have not disappointed me. I normally get 2 tacos de birria and a medium consume and let me tell you it’s very delicious! I would only trust my friends mom or my girlfriends mom when it comes to birria but this place does it right! I’m glad stopped by and tried it. And let tell you their red salsa is fire! .
It’s pretty spicy and I love it! I saw some bad reviews but don’t let it stop you from trying it . Some review said they have a bad attitude but they been nice to me maybe it was just one of those day and plus the food is really good! I took my girlfriend today and she’s really picky when it comes to Mexican food and she loved it, the red sauce made it even better!

I got out of work thinking about some good tacos i go and google birria tacos saw the stars and the reviews here and i order 5 tacos,got home and this is what i got … who would eat this? They were like if they were old they werent crunchy !! Disgusting i threw them away so disappointed

It’s rare for me to even eat Birria if my mom didn’t cook it, but I finally found somewhere that reminds me of my mom’s cooking. Thanks to my boyfriend for putting me on to this Birria truck, because dam it’s so delicious. I have only had bomb birria like this in Tecate,MX. It’s the perfect hangover cure. The meat is so tender and has great flavor. The salsa is also fire.

Door dashed this around 5:20pm didn’t arrive till 7ish. On top of that I live and work 5 minutes away, what gives? Now you think spending $40 dollars would get you something great but no I got cold, mid tasting food that was greasy and had to wait two hours for. Skip this and go to 7-11 instead.

If i can rate this place a 0 i would even though the food is good the customer service is horrible. I got there to buy food and the lady in a bad mood told me that if i was going to order i said yes she told me wait 15 min. Really i have to wait 15 min to order when no one was there. This has not been the only experience i had there that has been bad but i would keep giving it a chance. Besides that food there is so pricey.

Ordered a birria plate and was charged 17 with no receipt. Asked for the receipt which said $16.33 and the rude torta taking orders says that the sodas are $2.50 and that they have yet to update prices. Then when i get home i see theres no salsa. Guess she was upset i called her out on stealing money. I go back and ask for the salsa and ms grimace says she put it in and doesnt apologize. If i had it then why would i drive back? This place used to be good. Now its a sloppy overprice truck taking up space.

This Birreria Gonzalez I went to was the one on Laurel canyon in front of the park. I ordered my food and the lady taking my order was a complete b$&! and was rude the whole time. I would not recommend this food truck to anyone. She clearly needs work on her people skills.
